Interesting play, Sirtuck- making a new pick without first closing the old one. I had to think about it, but I came up with a way to accommodate this. From now on (and applicable in this case as well) the Sirtuck rule is in effect:

Sirtuck rule: If you make a second (or third) pick without first closing your current pick, your current pick is automatically closed at the same time your new pick is opened.

In case you missed it, here is the Sirtuck rule... according to Rob, this has been in effect before, when Rob ran the show.

As rule #4 is still in effect and states:

#4 NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX listed stocks will be the only possible sources of stocks from which to choose each week's stock. This is a stock picking contest, so avoid choosing ETF's. OTCBB and pink sheet stocks are not allowed.

You should avoid the ETF's. This is merely a suggestion, however, and I will allow them, both long and short. OTCBB and pink sheets are still not allowed.

Yeah, taking a gamble on this one. I'm hoping that it breaks through the bottom now, instead of making one more revolution. Getting kinda far into the triangle, but I suppose there is still more room for another bounce.
