Had major access problems at home this morning...Anyone know how to fix this when it says "Unknown Zone" (Mixed)...I couldn't find the sites in 2 zones...I was able to unblock cookies on some sites but others it wouldn't let me.

BTW...there seems to be some confusion about the market hours on 12/31...Briefing says a 1/2 day but...I called Deloris who is the NYSE Board of Director's Secretary...She wasn't available...I think she was out getting my Christmas present...but I talked to her secretary who said Friday 12/31 is business as usual...normal day

Final report card on First Call Analysts Highest Rated Stocks

For the past 10 weeks I've been tracking the performance of the top 10 highest rated stocks by first call analysts. During that time 20 different stocks have rotated in and out of the top 10. Four stocks , EPL KERX STGS and MSM have remained on the list the entire time. Nine of the ten stocks currently in the top ten have advanced since listing began. Seven of the ten stocks dropped off the list also are advanced from their initial appearance although 3 of them were down when dropped from the top 10. In the ten week period 56 had up weeks 44 had down weeks.

While the First Call analysts are no match for Mr.Market , they definitely are skilled at picking stocks that might not normally show up on our screens. I bought and sold 2 on this list ULBI for a 12.1% gain and LRW for 4 cents per share after expenses. Thanks to IIC for supplying the stock ratings.
