I'm not an expert...but I have followed it (Inflow/outflow)to help determine market direction for a few years now...Basically, I believe the Government with the help of banks contol the markets...These short term deals(Repos) allow them to maintain liquidity and control. It is very important to keep a balance...Otherwise the markets could get out of control FAST....Try to determine what the market does as more $$$ are added...it goes up...But many of these deals are only overnight...so it is more important to watch the trend of the $$$ the government puts in...or holds back.
