Today was real nice. I am off work the rest of the week, my wife is out of town, and today was the last day of the first month of my Daytrading Deal.

Since 8/23 I have made 45 dt's 24 up and 21 dn(incl. commish)...that exceeded my goal of 40% up.

I am up 15.94%, incl. commish(Not ready to use my margin on dt's yet). I missed 3 days last week 'cause I went to Lake Tahoe, 1 holiday and another day altogether 'cause of work.

I have no illusions of grandeur...but so far - so good. I have learned many things already...and plan on learning a lot more the next several months.

Biggest thing...SELF DISCIPLINE...When You Are Wrong, YOU'RE WRONG...GET THE H*LL OUTTA DODGE!!!

Today I was in ENDP a holdover from yestreday's pre-watch(I save them for about 5 days)(loved those tight bb's), WSTL(Was fortunate that someone told me the news within 1 min. after it broke), BLSC(tough one though on the spreads), NAVR...Great b/o( It closed at VERY strong support yesterday...so I was watching), AGIX(I screwed this one up trying to out guess the action) and PLUG(Lost my lunch money on it)

Thank You...But I am hardly a genius...I just read A LOT!!!...And I know a lot of smart people.

One thing that you should know...those that I post pre-m are based on news.
I don't have a crystal ball...well, actually I do have one...but I dropped it a coupla yrs ago and it has a crack in the center...LOL

I watch them for gaps up on vol...pullbacks/consolidations on lo vol after about 1/2 hr and I wait for a possible second move on vol.....Later I watch others that are moving for various reasons(mostly news) and wait for the same type of pattern. I also track the movers in the leading and worst groups(Contrary Movers) throughout the day.

S&P Changes: PETD added to S&P SmallCap 600 : Standard & Poor's will make the following changes to the S&P SmallCap 600 Index after the close of trading on 9/28: Petroleum Development (PETD) will replace Evergreen Resources (EVG). EVG is being acquired by S&P MidCap 400 constituent Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD) in a transaction expected to close on or about that date. Gentiva Health Services (GTIV) will replace Concord Camera (LENS). LENS stock has been trading at or below $2.00 per share since 8/26. Sonic Solutions (SNIC) will replace Intermet (INMT). As of market close on 9/20 INMT had a market capitalization of approx $19 mln, ranking 600th in the Index.

CLRK...It just keeps climbing! I've been watching it all week and have been afraid to get in. Could this be another TZOO???

I've got to study this one real close. The strange thing is the volume...50,000 - 60,000 range.

Something is driving this stock.
