I use FolioFN.I don't know if you are familar with it but you have two Windows during the day where you can trade. One is at 11AM and the other at 2PM. Only problem is that they don't have on their list of stocks to trade every single stock, specially the ones that are less than $10. Most of the time when I follow your list (both MoMo and the one in the morning), you have 85% of all stocks I can trade using FolioFN.

Beginning last week I had set a folio call "Mr. Breakout" and one call "IBD 100". Every morning I create a real-time list of your stocks to see the one up in % volume. At 10:50 I choose the ones that are up and I make my trade. I clean my list "clean". At 2PM I sell the ones that are down and keeep the good ones.(mostly the ones 5% UP". I do something similar every day with the IBD 100. At 10:50 I only add the ones that are up on the list.

My "Mr. Breakout" folio is up 7.02% and my IBD up 5.02. No bad for just 5 trading days!!. Thanks you Mr. Breakout!!!

Sorry Everybody...yesterday I reported the S/R for today but I said it was for Tuesday in some places...The S/R was correct...but it was for Wednesday...I made a typo. It is tough daytrading and having a F/T job...I was at the office till after 10pm last night...Guess that's the price I pay for trading...LOL

Here is my take for tomorrow on the S/R. I think we will now be up on the Naz over the next 3 trading days...Very encouraging that we got past the VERY STRONG resistance at 1980ish today. The short term A/D is looking pretty good...but not great. Not sure about tomorrow though...it's a tossup IMO. Best To All...IIC

Thx Max...but let's see how it pans out after a few hundred.

One thing that I try to make clear is that My MoMo lists are in no way recommendations. It is a simple scan that takes me less than one minute to produce. I'm not using it right now...but it is no problem to post it. I used it for Swing Trade ideas myself...and I waited for pullbacks(similar to what I described in my daytrading post)...But I would give them days or weeks to see if they met my other criteria and p/v action...a lot of work...but since I like it...it was np.

Others use the MoMo list different ways to fit their own parameters...In fact I've heard from many...and I KNOW...I'm behind in my email responses...But I will get back to you...Sorry!!!...I get over 50 legit emails a day and I want to answer them all...Mostly I do...but some get lost in the shuffle I'm sure.

BTW...Do you ever just follow the NEW ADD's to the IBD 100? Guess I could post them...'cause I do track them...But it is pretty easy to do yourself in an .xls workbook...You'll find some good one's that way...Best, IIC

Yes, you explained in a past post that your Momo lists are not your recommendations or stocks to buy but, from the list, most of the time I get a lot of winners. In the past days many of your recommendations were up 10 and 20%.

I follow the IBD list every week and I update it with new addtions/deletions, specially on Monday. I realized that the 10/15 best performing stocks (% Gainers) from the whole list are the best pick for the rest of the week. I either buy the best right before the 11 or 2PM Window (depending how the market looks). Every day I do the same. I check on real time 15 minutes beefore the Windows close and I see wich are the best stocks up and I will add them to the list. I try to keep the list with up to 15 stocks, so I sell the ones not performing well. That's the cool thing about Folios, That I can build a folio of up to 50 securities and have 200 transactions per month.

About the new stocks on the list I realized that some of them are great but some don't. That's why I check the full list of 100 stocks and only pick the top 10.

In theory I try to be, been in on all mm picks for the last year, a few of my own... a few of yours trmm wits hans, and try not to get hurt, but it has been hard holding positions that drop below say 8%, I have held a few and that is the current flaw to my port.
