MIPS blew buy its target at 11.46 now headed to uncharted territory.

I'm testing to find the significance of number of uptrending appearances to future performance. Buying at a 4% discount from the 2nd appearance closing price may be more profitable than buying after the 3rd appearance. It will take me another 100 to 150 days to determine % gains.

Here is the up to date tally of stocks uptrending:

1X = 127 individual stocks

2X = 39

3X = 17

>3X= 6

After 60 trading days, stocks appearances on the list are subtracted each time 60 days after initial or secondary appearance has occured. Example: 60 trading days ago PPCO and TEO were first uptrenders. They haven't qualified since. If they don't qualify today they are off the list. Had they qualified twice, they would lose 1X after today. 100 days after a buy price is set, targets expire if not met. They can reset if stop price is met then price raises back to buy price.

I bought a 3 timer Friday. EBIX hit the 3rd time on Oct.5. Actually bought it at 23.40, .39 below my calculated buy.
Target is + 16% or 27.14. Stop is 5% below buy at 22.23.

This is the 5th I've bought from my list. Am up around $1700. Will do a report on my findings in a few months. There are 15 stocks on my 3rd X uptrender list being tracked.
