A change to my uptrender buying formula. Buy after 3rd appearance on list within 60 trading days. But with a limit order 4% lower than closing price of 3rd time appearance day. I'll post buy prices from now on when stocks qualify.

So billy, do you think the market is topping or is going to keep going up? There are a lot of topping signs right now, especially low volume. Wonder if that means everybody is holding and in wait and see mode? Would you sell here and buy in on a pull back? or keep holding for now?

Only 20-30% of potential uptrenders are advancing on decent volume. This may be influenced by lack of confidence from the institutional buyers and almost no confidence in the market by the individual investor. I'm still leaning bullish but only a very small part of my port. is speculative IMO. I'm loaded up on high div. stocks such as PM (near new highs) NYB ( there can't be more than 5% more downside) NJR (same with natl. gas) IDE (infrastructure fund paying 10%) AGNC (monster div. REIT safe until interest rates climb) and AAPL (horse of a diff. color). May be forced to sell AAPL at 300 just to get play money. Not putting much $$ in my uptrender plays yet. Just reinvesting divs. living off fat of the land for now.
