A Most Interesting E-Mail!
I received an email promoting a new stock service for $2,000!! Sometimes you can subscribe and cancel within their allotted time and receive 100% of you money back. With this service you get 60 days to cancel , but there is a cancellation fee of 10% or 200 Bucks!
You many have gotten the same "Newton's Secret Profit Triggers" email.
What I learned from the 30 page solicitation was that the author has concluded that after 40,000 hours of stock trading experience just 5 major catalysts could cause a stock to undergo a rapid price change! .
The 5 Triggers are as follows.
1. A company receives some type of special approval or rejection by a big regulatory agency such as the FDA.
2. When a company agrees to buy another company or receives a buyout offer themselves.
3. When a company beats or misses Wall Streets best guess at earnings.
4. When a company is granted patent rights to a new technology , or gets a leg up on the completion.
5. When the company stock symbol undergoes and UP listing or delisting.
The author said that after you subscribe that you would be provided with 3 stocks that could soon undergo these profit triggers, and he gave the following clues.
Profit Pick #1 holds 2 catalysts those being #3 and #4 .
A stock that is revolutionizing the medical industry . It makes a stand up MRI that avoids claustrophobia.
Shares have quadrupled since September!
My own intuition tells me the stock could be FONR? , but I don't know for sure!

Folks these 3 Bio Pharma stocks could put you on easy street "IF" the cards fall our way! Naturally all 3 are "HIGH RISK" stocks , and if any one has a bad news day, that stock price can drop faster than a loose bowel movement after Ex-Lax, resulting in a significant loss of capital.

TKMR A previous pick of mine appears to be coming alive, but IMHO I feel that it is the most speculative stock of the 3 .
Here is what an internet poster said about TKMR: "They are developing a vaccine for Ebola under a US Government contract. They have a proven track record of success and a pipeline that has more than just TKM-PLK 1 in it. They are becoming a product company, leveraging their success with LNP.
Their recent positive reorganization points to this and with some more success I expect new product's to be announced. If they get it right, this could be a nearly $300 stock in the coming years with a 5 billion market cap.
In the short term I see this getting to $60 over the next year if they maintain development success and keep retaining milestone payments and have positive feedback in their current trials.
Lots of risk as you've pointed out but also incredible upside and way undervalued compared to their contemporaries with a proven track record to boot."

Folks Tomorrow I will have another "HOT" Biopharma for you along with an OIL stock that has achieved a 12 Fold increase in REVENUE from $2.2 Million in 2012 to $26.2 Million in 2013., or an incredible 1,200% , and the stock sells for less than 6 Bucks. POZN Friday is D Day . On Friday, the FDA will announce its decision on POZEN's PA8140/PA32540 tablets for cardiac patients at risk for developing gastric ulcers from aspirin therapy. Folks please realize you can never be 100% certain of anything where the FDA is concerned, but I have strong confidence that POZEN's drugs will pass regulatory review with flying colors. BioDelivery Sciences awaits word on its opioid dependence drug
Small-cap biotech BioDelivery Sciences is hoping to have the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approve its New Drug Application, or NDA, for Bunavail by June 7 as a treatment for opioid abuse. The company believes Bunavail could see peak sales of up to $250 million a year as an alternative to Suboxone, a sublingual film consisting of ingredients similar to Bunavil. According to BioDelivery, Suboxone generated over $1 billion in sales in the past year as a treatment for opioid dependence.
What's key to understand is that Bunavil's primary difference is that it's placed inside the cheek instead of under the tongue like Suboxone. And given that Bunavil appears to be a bioequivalent of Suboxone per the clinical data, I don't see this regulatory review as a major hurdle to approval. In light of BioDelivery's tiny market cap of $355 million compared with Bunavil's commercial potential, you may want to get this stock on your watch list.

Folks Friday was not a good day CYTK failed to come in with good test results , and took a sharp dive . POZN was supposed to disclose results , but according to information I could gather on the internet, all hope is not lost for POZN : Here is what I found "Well, will take a while longer until approval I guess
In the CRL, the FDA noted that, during an inspection of the manufacturing facility of an active ingredient supplier that concluded this week, inspection deficiencies were found. Satisfactory resolution of deficiencies noted by the field investigator is required before the NDA may be approved. POZEN believes that these manufacturing facility items can be addressed and will be working with the manufacturer to respond to the FDA as soon as possible. There were no clinical or safety deficiencies noted with respect to either PA8140 or PA32540 and no other deficiencies were noted in the CRL. Final agreement on the draft product labeling is also pending. "
So POZN may still pay off , but my stop kicked in for CYTK , and I am out of CYTK!
Needless to say the Bio Pharma Stocks are tricky. Perhaps it is best , not to go for the brass ring , but SELL before any major disclosures! Had I sold CYTK before the 4/25/14 date I would have a nice profit, but I chose to gamble and took a loss!

I shall have a few stocks for you on Sunday , but I will have to put a hold on any new Bio Pharma stocks until we see what happens with POZN!

Folks Friday was a rough day in the stock market , and I must admit some of my stocks took some serious hits, but there is never any stock which will rise continuously. That is just the nature of the stock market.
Perhaps the greatest coach in football history Vince Lombardi had said :
"It's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get up." and of course "Winners never quit, and quitters never win"
Time to get back to business.
1. POZN was to have FDA decision on 4/25/14, but apparently an FDA inspector found something he did not like about a factory that belonged to a 3rd Party supplier of an active ingredient for the drugs. This problem could have been corrected , but the report issued by the inspector did not arrive until 4/25/14 , the day of the FDA decision. Folks this shows you how the government screws things up ......need I say Obama Care?
This problem should be easily fixed , and the drugs in all likely hood should pass.
Since this information came after the market close on Friday, POZN could open lower, but if you had not purchased this may give you an opportunity to buy POZN on the cheap!

Had you placed into this system $1,500 on 1/17/13 , and kept on reinvesting all profits , as of Friday's close you would have approximately $14,441 sitting in your account !!
