        3. HL http://schrts.co/uGk86l 2nd Chart: http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=HL&ty=c&ta=1&p=d The location of its mines primarily in the U.S. and Canada means there is very little political risk, and it boasts considerable proven and probable reserves, with 175 million ounces of silver and 2 million ounces of gold.
Hecla is well positioned to take advantage of the rally in silver, with the company forecasting 2016 production of 39-40 million ounces, or almost 7% higher than 2015.
Furthermore, it ended 2015 with impressive cash costs of just $5.85 per ounce, well below those reported by the larger primary silver miners. With Hecla focusing on cutting expenses, including plans to reduce non-payroll costs by $25 million, its cash costs should continue to fall throughout 2016, allowing the company to generate a solid profit margin as silver appreciates.
Then there is its solid balance sheet, with $240 million in debt which is only 2.5 times its operating cash flow. Hecla is also highly liquid, with almost $270 million in cash and cash equivalents, as well as $142 million in working capital.
Accordingly, with Hecla boasting long-life reserves, mines in politically stable jurisdictions, low cash costs and solid production growth for 2016, I expect the stock to perform strongly over the course of the year.

        4. FFMGF http://schrts.co/vpDOmB FFMGF was founded by Keith Neumeyer, who has previously built two billion dollar silver-focussed companies. First, Silver Standard Resources and then First Majestic , so he has had serial success as a mine developer. Keith is now focusing his considerable talents, experience, contacts (and fortune) to buying up promising but distressed projects for pennies on the dollar, and with his reputation has attracted other multi-millionaires like Rick Rule, Marin Katusa, and even billionaires like Eric Sprott as investors. Last I heard they had something like 60 project they were looking at for potential purchase, FFMGF could turn out to be a huge blockbuster!

FFMGF Additional Information: The company primarily explores for gold, silver, lead, zinc, and copper deposits. It holds interests in 19 mineral properties located in Mexico, the United States, and Canada. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada

        5. NKMTF http://schrts.co/C0iGBv Newmarket Gold has outperformed the GDX by 17%. Newmarket produced operating cash flow for the nine months ended 2015 finished at $65.9 million, a 34.8% increase year over year, while net income was $17.5 million or $.14 per share. Shares were trading at an EV/EBITDA of just 1.6, a Price/CFPS of 2.1, and a forward P/E of 4.77. So shares were pretty cheap compared to its peers.

Newmarket finished the 2015 year really strong, with year-end production of 222,671 gold ounces (exceeding guidance of 205,000 to 220,000 ounces) at $987 AISC; operating cash flow finished the year at $76.5 million, while the company's cash position increased to $36.5 million even after investing $12 million on exploration projects.

With a strong cash balance and virtually no debt, 205,000 to 220,000 ounces of production expected in 2016 at sub-$1,000 AISC, excellent exploration potential at its Fosterville Gold Mine, and a cheap valuation (3.31 EV/EBITDA and a 6.79 forward P/E, according to Yahoo Finance) Newmarket is in a great position to continue its out performance in 2016.

        6. SLV http://schrts.co/J203nE 2nd Chart: http://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=SLV&ty=c&ta=1&p=d

        7. SVCMF http://www.barchart.com/chart.php?sy...&txtDate=#jump

        Additional Information on SVCMF
SilverCrest is a Canadian precious metals exploration company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, that is focused on new discoveries, value-added acquisitions and targeting production in Mexico’s historic precious metal districts. The Company is led by a proven management team in all aspects of the precious metal mining sector, including experience and success in applying a responsible “phased approach” business model in taking projects from discovery, finance, on time and on budget construction, and production with subsequent increased value to shareholders. The Company was formed following the acquisition of SilverCrest Mines Inc. by First Majestic Silver Corp., which remains a shareholder in SilverCrest Metals Inc.

        8. BRIZF http://schrts.co/tZL7MA This is another great project generator with strong and prominent shareholders including local Brazil bankers that have been compared to the ”Kennedy family” in the U.S. Management is top notch and they are deploying their capital judiciously to accumulate great assets for pennies on the dollar, the latest being uranium assets in the very prolific Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan and gold assets in Manitoba. Once again the share price does not begin to reflect the VALUE of acquisitions since the company IPO’d and it has no problem raising money, much of it from existing strong, well-healed shareholders.
        BRIZF Good Management http://brazilresources.com/investors/highlights/

BRIZF Currently $!.90 Per Share but .......Here's the Research Report from Cantor Fitzgerald which states a $2.90 Target Price. Worth the read.

@adamfeuerstein do you have any thoughts on $nerv?
                  — pro stock (@researchprobio) May 26, 2016

"I confess to not knowing anything about Minerva Neurosciences (NERV) before Thursday when the stock soared 265% on the announced results from the MN-101 phase II study in schizophrenia. I don't know if these data are real or not, meaning if the efficacy of MN-101 can be confirmed when Minerva eventually runs larger studies.

I'm not helpful. Apologies. But take a look at the Minerva chart. It's a case study for why investors love biotech. You don't see stock charts like this in any other industry.

Back in March, I wrote a column about how to spot red flags in clinical trial data. Minerva's press release on Thursday trips some of those red flags. The phase II study was conducted mostly in Russia and Eastern Europe. Minerva disclosed the treatment effect sizes for MN-101 compared to placebo (the statistical measure) but the company did not provide baseline characteristics for patients or the actual numeric changes in the schizophrenia ratings scale over the course of the study.

Two patients discontinued from the study due to QTc prolongations (irregular heart rhythms). Minerva did not hold a conference call to discuss the study results so that investors and analysts could ask questions and get more details.

MN-101 could be the real thing. The Minerva study was randomized, double-blinded and used a placebo control. I'm just saying getting more detailed data from the MN-101 schizophrenia study is a good idea, particularly with the stock's extreme reaction. The CNS treatment landscape is littered with the corpses of drugs that looked awesome in small, phase II studies but then blew up in larger, phase III studies.

It's so much easier when you own these small-cap biotech stocks before they rocket higher."

There seems to be a bit of discrepancy on when the quiet period ends. The SA article mentions 06/01/16 but the link in the article to the NASDAQ site states 06/15/16.

Does anyone have another source for when the quiet period ends?

That 5/31/16 date for NTLA was not absolute but only an approximate date.

In this turbulent stock market some stocks always appear to fare well......... here are 3 as taken from the internet!

"Concentrate on the Unstoppable Trends because they’re backed by trillions of dollars.
Make sure you’ve got shares in companies like Becton, Dickinson and Co. (NYSE:BDX), American Water Works Co. (NYSE:AWK) and Altria Group Inc. (NYSE:MO), because they’re set to grow no matter what the Fed does next, no matter which way the election plays out, and most of all, no matter what happens in places like China and the Middle East"

ABX Looks like a buy right here http://schrts.co/7hg86I

As noted from the internet : " This year, ABX plans to mine 5 to 5.5 million ounces of gold at a cost of $760-$810 per ounce, Analysts believe overall ABX will report EPS of $0.55 this year and $0.70 next year.
In the long term, ABX should continue generating profits for "DECADES"! At the end of 2015, the company reported gold reserves of 91.9 million ounces."
