I tried to eat one , but after one bite promptly spit it out and placed the remainder in the trash,. It was much too sweet for me. The colleague who was obese and had other health issues has since passed on. I tried to convince him to avoid the donuts , excercise moderately and take some supplements but all fell on deaf ears. Oh well I tried.

I ran the following stocks through my MTS computer program , going back approximately 2 yrs . 10 K was placed into each position and the values below are what each individual stock would be worth at today's 10/10/13 close. You don't have to trade much either . The AVERAGE number of trades for each stock during that 2 yr period was about 6 Round Trips! The Number to the RIGHT of the dollar amount is the current MTS Rating of the stock!

Bruce Fund BRUFX is a great low fee fund with excellent results . Best to place into a Roth IRA and just let it run, and when you retire you should be one happy camper. Bottom Line Personal Oct. 15,2013 issue highlights Baron Opportunity Fund BIOPX, so I decided to run a comparison with BRUFX over a 10 year period.......BRUFX has a slight edge over BIOPX , and the net result of going with BRUFX is that you would have multiplied your original investment of 10K to approximately 50K with no effort on your part!

Adept Technology (NASDAQ:ADEP) was upgraded by Zacks from a “neutral” rating to an “outperform” rating in a research report issued to clients and investors on Thursday, American Banking News reports.
