There have also been rumors they would be a perfect fit for an AAPL b.o.!

They have bot all of Nokia's patents. As well, one of the cofounders of VRNG is inventor "Lang", whose patent on search link arrangement based on users preferences (+++) is charged to be infringed by GOOG. And, having read the claims, I believe it. VRNG had a very favorable "Markham" hearing, which takes place first as an analysis of claims to determine if they are very likely infringed and VRNG has a case to take to trial. There is lots of background in 'seeking alpha' articles that will fill you in. BTW, Vringo was/is originally a "ring tone" company, hence "VVVVRRRRING!!!" hee

billy, considering the R/R, it's probably not too late, altho you know how prices seem to sag Fri PMs. Just remember, this is a BET and if it goes to trial, it's anybody's guess how a relatively inexperienced jury will rule. Like the man said, it could go to a big loss if they don't settle.

P.S., I wrote this before I read your edit. Good luck to both of us billy!

Call me crazy, impulsive, or what you want but I just bought at 5.27. The chart shows that VRNG hit 5.45 on 6/19/12 and 5.55 earlier today so the price isn't as crazy as it might seem. I think I'm going to owe you a nice dinner.

I'm sorry, don't know anything about this company except that it sells intravenous acetaminophen for pain control. No info. except what's on web site and Yahoo finance.

Added to AMRN 7/5 on surprise lo-ball bid.

    Current:
    Long
AMRN av. 14.88 (looking for 20 prior to FDA 7/27)
NUAN 25.94 (looking for break-even then chart for higher)

    Cash 22%

I stuck it out too. I still like NUAN, even though it's turned into an "investment." I like the daily chart, building the right side of a cup. The weekly shows a lot of upside, breaking the 50, at least in an Elliott 1up, with 3 and 5 ups yet to come. MacD, CMF, A/D ratio, RSI and stoches good on both charts. All in all I love what the indicators are telling me. May see some resistance at the 200 dma on daily. Earnings 8/6. The market is bullish. I don't see any downside for NUAN. I'm hanging on with confidence. Only down 7.51% now. Getting better every day.
