Keep grasping, you're bringing us luck. Hope you're following all the latest articles. Seems like everybody is long VRNG. That scares me a little but not enough to bail (yet).

I hardly ever notice punctuation when I’m talking to a good-looking girl. Unless of course she is showing off the periods in her parenthesis. (.) (.)

I started by saying, "It's a bet". Nothing more. Pure speculation. But I've read and compared Goog's Ad search system and filtering, with Lang's patented claims asserted by VRNG. VRNG has one heck of a case! The most Goog can do in defense is try to prove the patented claims are invalidated by prior art not fully considered by the USPTO when granting the patents. They have already requested a PTO "re-examination" which the PTO has agreed to. But, if a jury trial is won or a settlement reached, all that goes away. So far, VRNG's expert witnesses have explained hows and whys of the alleged infringement to the jury in such a clear way that even I can understand it. So Goog has to try to invalidate the patents. Patents invalid, ergo no infringement. It's gonna be a fist fight. If VRNG loses, the option expires close to worthless. We should know by the end of the week. (I have nerves of steel and never lose any sleep). According to SteveKimLaw Instablog reporting on VRINGO v. Google, things (testamonies) are going extremely well for VRNG. But, “it ain’t over ‘til it’s over.” Berra, Y. Trial will continue today and should last all week.

Billy, I was really hoping they would settle. Jury trials are always uncertain especially in complicated cases like this. I am following SteveKimLaw's Instablog at Seeking Alpha. He's going to provide daily reports by PDF files for $1.50 (each?) I wasn't able to download the first one yesterday. We'll see what happens today. Think settle, settle, settle!

I'm sorry billy. I thought by now you'd have nerves of steel too. (SA) "As we said yesterday, the action in Vringo, Inc. (VRNG) will be volatile moving forward and yesterday just highlighted that. After having a strong up day on Monday, shares traded lower by $0.98 (18.05%) to close at $4.45/share on volume of 36.1 million. If you are trying to trade this one you have to be able to sit around and watch it all day and buy on dips such as these to sell into strength on days like Monday. For our readers who are long-term investors that look for "special situations" to invest in, if you are buying here for those reasons please be prepared for a rollercoaster ride between your buy and sell points, with the ongoing litigation it will not be for the faint of heart."
