River, Let's assume VRNG wins at least 60 mil. This victory would mean they are heavy favorites in their other lawsuits. You'd have to think most or all of the other suees will settle without a trial. Hence, a steady stream of income via many lump sums over a period of years 2012-2016 . We may have to hold this guy for a couple years. Maybe when the $$ starts flowing the stock will pass $6 or they'll get bought out and we'll all be happy. Problem solved...........in my mind.

It ain't over till it's over. Juries are unpredictable. They might award more if they love VRNG case and think GOOG is a thief. There's always hope for a big settlement anyway. It's speculated judge trying to force a settlement. What were VRNG's lawyers thinking????!!!! They didn't earn their $$$ yesterday!!!

Praise the Almighty and the power company! 20 min. after I got home, the power came back on. If it stays on, I'm back in business. Ski told me he's in a war zone at the Jersey Shore. Just saw some news footage on CNN. Awful, just awful.

YES! VRNG's expert was spectacular. Now comes the UGLY. GOOG will try to convince the jury that VRNG's patents are invalid. This is standard infringement defense. But look at how sneaky GOOG can be!

In our case, GOOG openly filed the re-exam request already. We need to be prepared to sell next week. This battle could go on for years. We only need a short-term gain.

Hadn't heard of him, but Goog (using VRNG's stolen search filtering) found me this, as well as the VRNG post: http://finance.yahoo.com/mbview/thre...s=la%2Cd%2C145
