If it is a rising wedge, it's not very steep.
And on trendlines, my 2 ticks worth are that I would generally agree with the principle that one shouldn't draw them where they cut a wick or tail of a candle, as I've done with my DSS chart that no-one's commented on yet.....UNLESS there's a basis for doing so. I think there's a basis for drawing the lines where I have, so there's my validity. The fact that it's a longer-term pattern one should weigh up whether it has more weight than a short-term pattern like a rather flat looking rising wedge.
I think the problem with the chart and the reason for the coiling recently is the fact that back in July it hit 3.20 resistance and gapped down on volume. I think until it clears 3.20 bears have a leg to stand on and we can have fun pointing each other to references about stuff we don't know about the others' preferred TA haha
