XEC- riding 20dma
CCI- increased volume off 40-50dma
EC-tight base
GGB-increase in volume, bounce off 20dma
HDWR-Bounce off 20dma, MACD rising
MAS- riding 20dma
MCD- possible cup with handle
MCGC- tight base, MACD at zero line
NXTP- tight base
OMM bounce off 40dma, MACD turning up
SAY- possible Cup with handle

Oh yeah...I remember now. I manage over 100 commercial properties in CA, NM and TX...looks like I will probably get 20+ more later this year in ME, NH and VT.
