TIII's ranking has dropped on the VTP scale. Caution is in order.

I'll be watching ELN and SVL close. If their VTP ranking drops, I'll take profits.

PARL looks like it's just getting started. Paris Hilton will laugh at the shorts, while they lie in a pool of blood at her feet...
I'm about to hit the sell button on TIII. It's looking weaker on the VTP scale.

SVL made a nice move today. I now have a profit and will do my best to protect it.

ELN is still looking bullish on the long term indicator, but the short term is looking very volatile.

Although SURG hasn't done well for the past few days, I'm still bullish on it.

NICH is red hot. I'll be looking for a pullback.

Parl is as hot as Paris Hiltons video.

The Vulcantraders website looks great. I spanked to the Paris Hilton video.

Thank you Mr Market. The Vulcan Trader site will be awesome, but it will never compete with this forum. I hope to continue to send many more new members here. If I have anything to do with it, www.mrmarketishuge.com will become THE hugest and most recognized forum on the internet. The Mr Market name is already becoming one of the most regonized names in the trading world. Jim Cramer nuts up when he hears your name.

I must admit that I've also spanked to the Paris Hilton video...

Did anyone make some cash from NICH today? It was up well over a dollar at one point today, before it pulled back. I would have bought it, but I got busy and missed out on it.

I'll keep an eye on it for a possible pullback. I wouldn't be suprised to see this one make a run for the $20 mark.

              Webs,
You've proven yourself on the POTW and although I cannot comprehend the Vulcan thought process, the VTP will be the first successful non human stock site in the universe. SURG made several appearances on the Cheap Stock Port and was just a click away from being purchased more than once , but you can't buy them all. Good luck . When VTP is mentioned on CNBC I'll rise from my chair as quickly as possible and vigorously wave my cane in the air.

What is the highest ranking on the VTP ? Any higher than 941? Thanks

If I ever tear my knee up again, I'll need a cane too. jejeje

The VTP scoring system is a confidential scoring system, that is only known by a select few Vulcans.

I won't be doing much trading because of my busy schedule and the fact that I'll be heading to Paris next week for VTP research.

                  Here's a good one...
I had the brake pads replaced on my Dodge Dakota at about 90,000 miles. It now has 134,000 miles. This past week, I noticed a scrubbing sound coming from the front passenger side, so I figured I better investigate. Upon further examination the cause of the noise was immediately discovered. The brake pad had worn down to nothing...It was metal to metal, and the rotor had a nasty looking gouge. I'll need new pads and a new rotor.
So, the brake pads only lasted 44,000 miles and gave no warning that they were wearing down? Hmmm, something is fishy here.

I'm figuring one of a few scenarios.
                  1. The repair shop did the brakes, charged me for the job, but removed the little metal tabs that let you know when the pads are wearing down, instead of actually putting new pads on.

                  2. They actually did put pads on, but decided to remove the little warning tabs, because they were in their way....plus they decided to use some kind of cheap pads that only last 40,000 miles.

                  3. They used good quality pads and didn't remove the tabs, but the warning tabs fell off on their own and I rode my brakes constantly for 40,000 miles. This scenario is not very likely.

What to do? There's not much I can do but remember to never use that shop again and remember to inspect the pads when I pick up my truck from now on.

I was actually going to trade my truck for a new one sometime in the next week or two, but I think I'll keep it a little longer now.

                    Webs,
Why does the shadowy figure dude on the VTP website have one arm nearly a foot longer than the other? Very mysterious.

I'd just blow up the repair shop.... After hours of course, I'm not into seriously hurting anyone.

                          Lye,
How could I have overlooked the obvious? Ray never seemed to be a menacing figure. Wait a minute, does Ray throw with his left or right arm? I think the VTP guy is really Warren Spahn.

William Shatner Passes Kidney Stone Off to GoldenPalace.com for $25,000

Popular Internet Casino & Poker Room Benefiting Habitat for Humanity

NEW YORK, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Captain's log: Star date: 011806. William Shatner has gone where no man has gone before. He's sold a part of himself to online casino Goldenpalace.com for $25,000 to benefit habitat for humanity.

The former captain of the Enterprise passed a kidney stone at warp speed and beamed it into the waiting hands of GoldenPalace.com. The casino paid $25,000 for Shatner's specimen, the entirety of which will go to habitat for humanity to help provide housing for those in need.

Although the kidney stone that broke down Shatner's shields caused him more discomfort than a Klingon Pain Stick, the sci-fi/pop-culture icon is more than happy that his calcium offspring fetched such a price.

I just closed out my PARL position for a nice gain. I will probably miss out on some more gains, but I want to be in cash for my trip.

I'll get back into the market next Thursday.

Last week I bought PARL for $29.62. Today I sold for $31.41. Parl closed at $30.62. The VTP timed it just right.

I will buy PARL again when the VTP indicators turn up.
