You're probably looking for something closer to Destin, but did you read any of our chat at Spikes abound those condos in Cape Coral? It's legit with the only sticking point being association fees. For instance, what happens to the association when 3 units of 6 are in foreclosure and 2 of the remaining 3 are up for short sale. This involves at least 3 different banks. Units that sold for 175K in June '05 they are asking $29,900 for and have said they will take offers.

Usually all upaid fess and property taxes must be paid by the purchaser, but it's not hard to look the taxes up online. One problem with the condos is the upkeep on the building, when nobody is paying the fees.

I've looked into short sales...They're too complicated.

My buddy in St Augustine killed a five foot long rattle snake last week in his front yard.

It's mostly Water Moccasins on the lake, but we do have some big Rattlesnakes. Heck, we even have a festival dedicated to Rattlesnakes.

The hospital doesn't shop around. Another example why health care is screwed up. And they pay people to get these non- deals.
