        I'll take CASH for Tuesday.

Looks like the VTP is starting to pay off, considering Lye's performance..

Below are the average closing prices for The CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) for the past 7 weeks.

The prices are generally trending higher, which means the S&P is becoming more volatile, at least as measured by investor sentiment at the CBOE.

CASH is the Meta Financial Group, Inc. (CASH)

CASH is the stock symbol for Meta Financial Group, Inc.

The board of trustees and rulemakers may want to adopt another
term for "no position". Any suggestions?

Huge congrats Mimo! What a powerful display of stock-picking prowess, and trading genius! Well done.

Rob, thanks fer scoring dude. Was excellently presented!

Lye, grats dude; get that monkey off yer back and take a win! hehe Very smartly played this year dude. Yer gonna be hard to catch if you keep this up

Gator, dude! Low standard deviation and high on the leader board! Karel and Lye not far behind. I'm ashamed of my standard deviation. Another reason I SHOULD use stops heh; when I wrong, I wayyyyyyyyy wrong hehe

I'm startin' cash, to short PXT intraday Tuesday. That thing looks like it's toast.

                    Billyjoe!!! Where are you?????

I like to use "$$$CASH$$$" as proxy for saying greenbacks. If anyone objects to that, I'll switch to saying "US Dollars".

                        Choice for POTW

The short week will make for an interesting contest. I was torn between 3 choices. The decision was more difficult since I always buy the stocks I pick for the contest.
                        My pick is MPW long.

I just spell it ca$h.... If I'm refering to a ticker symbol I use all caps....

                            Example: CASH.... ca$h... CASH....ca$h....CASH....ca$h....

Plus.... who would ever actually play CASH?.... If they did I'm sure they would say something like.... "Yo Lye! I wanna play CASH long this week dude!!!!.... Then I'd say you wanna go into ca$h?!!!! then they'd say NO DUDE!!!! CASH? as in the ticker C.A.S.H....

I see no reason to change from saying ca$h dude.

I love the way Allison looks at me in my avatar....

                              Clarification in the Rules

While we're talking about the rules. If someone choses a stock long, can someone, who sees a different picture, play the same stock short in the contest?
Or, does the fact that the stock was "chosen" prohibit this play?
