I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. Hey Spike,Ive never seen anyone as helpful as you get so much flack over their analysis.I'm glad you started your own blog, maybe folks who appreciate your talent can correspond with you there.
I myself have learned more from you than any book or service, books are written ''post mortem'',and services charge whether you win or lose.
I didn't mean to get in the middle of this thread, but really don't want to see Spike lose his interest here.
cordially Tom

Doug: This "she" is a "He"
There is a story behind this screen name. When I was in high school I heard a song. It was something like this
i don't know why she's leaving or where she's gonna go
i guess she's got her reasons, but i just don't wanna know
'cuz for twenty-four years i've been living next door to alice
Alice, who the fu$% is Alice?
This song used to be played in the cafe Gompie in Nijmegen, the place where I live for almost 25 years now. (Nijmegen, not the cafe, I have never been there.) When Gompie's DJ played "Living next door to Alice", he dropped the volume after the name Alice was sung; for the regulars the signal to sing/shout at the top of their voices: "Alice, who the f**k is Alice". You get the idea.
In 1995 the producer of a small label witnessed this local phenomenon and heard the sound of money. He approached an artist he knew, Peter Koelewijn, and in a few days the song was produced, with regulars from the cafe as background "choir". It became a roaring succes in our country and even across the border. Well, not too far across, but anyway. A special version for the chaste ears of our American friends was made with the title "Who the <bleep> is Alice", which for some reason did not have as much succes. But even there they left some traces, as we hear now! Wonderful!

Karel
