I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. GYI....getty images pnf chart has a target of something like 19.
Ninner:
Ugly chart makes a beautiful short. And GYI is ripe for a fall today. I am taking this one. And remember: when that huge support stick busts, that becomes resistance, and offers a lot of protection against a reversal. If you sell the OCT $45 calls for $3.50, you can buy an OCT $45 put for $2.60, and in that way let GYI give you the money to short itself.
LVS is getting a little beating today. It opened today below the 150 MA and has been looking weak for the last month or so. Technically, it is setting up for a nice short position if it breaks below $57.50... IF
$58 area has been a nice level of support

How about HIET.OB....or else no one gets to bring water on the plane with them anymore..
Penny stock, Mr. Market. If you get 10%, you'd best take it. The chart shows that it was a $3.50, now $0.32. And the action today, on huge volume for this stock, has produced little real price movement due to all the overhead resistance. What you should notice is that $0.25 is a double bottom from a couple of years ago. The PnF still doesn't like this one, but the PnF is slow to change its mind about a stock.
In summary: you took a risk on a cheap stock, and it may pay off. The chart is still bearish, but $0.25 may have been the bottom. You are pretty good at picking weak sisters who grow up into Big Bertha's. I hope this one pans out for you.
Not yet, but I think it is the right time I am going to wait until she busts support at $44.00
i went ahead and shorted this morning....the little bugger stayed above the opening price and formed a weak bullish engulfing signal but i bet it opens lower tomorrow.

You probably did exactly the right thing because we ought to short into strength.
