Very cool Doug. Thank you. I had the signatures box disabled and that's why the signature wasn't showing up. I was wondering why I had lost everyone's links at the bottom of their posts. Somehow it had gottne unchecked.

No problemo...But Geez!!!...That means you probably never saw when I had over 20 links in my signature(really)...LOL...Speaking of that, I need to clean my signature up.

Major problem with my Trimurl.com ...People use it to shorten those Loooooong affiliate URL's and then send spam emails...I think I have run out of chances with my host...Tinyurl.com is an option...Many spammers use that too but either they run their own server or their host is not so picky???

There's others too...But I had my TrimURL set up so it was easy to use for me...Such is life...Didn't make any money on it anyway

I'm watching SPIL closely here for an entry on the next pullback which I think is going to be on the C wave down completion coming up next. Here is the chart. BTW, thanks to Doug and Karel for helping me set up the link to Stockcharts.com public chart lists where I have set up some of my charts and plays. You might want to take a look as I am setting up a number of charts that you might find worthwhile or get some benefit from.

So much for a top at mid $9, we were both wrong on this one, as it is above $10 today..

The stock is up 2.07 at the moment and the option is up 1.10 with the last sale at 3.60 and bid 3.30 and ask 3.50. I hope the day doesn't go like Friday. Did anyone else see or make this trade. The stock is over 50 right now. I had a feeling that false breakout on Friday was going to release some bigtime buying very soon. A classic breakout. I hope it holds. I think I am going to watch it real closely and take the profits by end of day. Although I do like the stock to go to 53 to 55 range. That would make the call go through the roof it it does.

DYN is also coming out of that down wave into a nice spike up. I bought that this morning at 9.36 exactly where I bought it the other day. I think it goes over 10.50 to 11 range if it clears 9.75/9/80 levels.

You may have missed this post but I sold it and then re-entered it again at the same exact price as the first time. These were my thoughts after exiting the first trade at the time I bought it the second time. Still holding the trade from 9.36. Check out my link to Stockcharts.com public charts list. I like it here now that it has cleared that 10 mark. Clear sailing with no resistance above it from here other that perhaps Fib lines. I liked today's action as it struggled to get above 10. I think there must have been others feeling the same way and waiting for it to clear the 10 barrier because it seemed to get stronger after breaking 10.

BW now at 54.70. Up 2.92. The May 50 call is now being bid 6 asked 6.40. Last trade 6.20. Up 3.70 per contract. Closing in on that 55.00.

Early this morning on my chartlists stocks at the link below I explained that I thought the May 55 call at 2 bid and 2.25 asked with the last trade Friday at 1.90 was a decent setup. I missed the play with other business meetings right off the bat this morning but the call is up to 2.90 last trade and being bid 2.90 asked 3.20. That's up 1 point this morning.

The stock is definitely looking like it will breach 55 levels. Initially I liked 55 level as a high but if it breaks thru 55 why not 60? That May 55 call would look really good at that point. The May 50 call is now 3.70 above my entry when the stock was in the 48/49 range. That's 3.70 gain on the call over a 6/7 point move in the stock. If the stock breaks 55 and goes to 60 or over then the 2.90 bid right now isn't expensive as a 5 point move could provide somewhere around another 3 points to the May 55 call which would put the call at 5.60 or a 2.60 move from the last trade of 2.90 or what the bid price is right now.

One other thing. Could my take been farther off on Ernie's VIP play? Go Ernie, you are definitely huge. Spike had it right on the money also. Nice calls. Up today down tomorrow. I still think the stock is somewhat overextended and I will be looking for a short play somewhere around these levels. Everything has to correct at some point. Just a matter of how much.

I think DYN is setting up for a great entry and play tomorrow off the 2nd wave down into the 3rd wave up. Here is the daily and some thoughts: that May 12.50 call could present a great opportunity to leverage a large block of this stock at a relatively very cheap price.

The INDU is up almost 800 points and at previous highs. The COMPQ is up close to 200 points and above previous highs. The SPX is up over 100 points and above previous highs. All of these uptrends without any real correction in the time frame it took them to reach these levels off the previous lows. I think they could go a bit higher but they do need to correct and they will. I am still holding both long and short positions, which you can seek at the link below, and am expecting a correction over the near term. All time high yesterday on the INDU as it closed over 12,800 for the 1st time in it's history.

I shorted VIP again when it broke thru 96 again the other day. Still like it to go to 90 / 92 levels or lower. Still open and holding the trade. You can check my charts and opinions out on a number of my open plays and stocks on my watchlists at the link below.

I think it would be a good idea to position yourself for a correction of some nature to the downside. Perhaps look for a few short plays if things turn to the bearish mode during a correction.

                        Tatnic,

I don't believe I've made more than a couple of trades over the past month or so. Bought some oil/gas stocks (fto and tlm). And I haven't been looking at any shorts either which could be a mistake...I think I'll start looking a little about now. But to be honest, unless you are day-trading, its been hard to find decent shorts that will maintain their downdrafts long enough to make any serious money....why bother?

I can find stocks that I'd feel comfortable buying, many that I would not want to own, but I have not found a list that can make me any decent money on a regular basis on the short side. IN the past I thought IIG was such a candidate, but further review has not proven that to be true. Its in too much demand, for whatever reason(s), and so far has just been a sucker short. That could change obviously, but so far the bears have been burned in that one (me included).

                        Tatnic,
Check these stocks out for short plays. AKH, AOI, CAL, TRCR, VIP, VOLV. I have them on my chartlist at the link below. Some pretty nice setups that turned out decent. You just have to be watching and looking for the setups. I think there have been a number of decent short setups recently and I have been having success with a number of these plays.

I think DXPE is turning into a nice long setup. I would be looking for an entry between Friday's close and the recent high of 44.73. This could take off on Monday a.m. You can see this and 16 more charts on plays and setups at the link below.

Ski...there has been some pretty good stock talk lately on the forum. Nothing like an all time high for the Dow to drum up interest. I'm glad you are back.

I never really left Ernie. I had to get away for a bit to curb some personal feelings that were building up. I love this place and you, but Ed not that way, and just wanted to see the level of dialogue and stalk talk remain at the superior levels we are accustomed at your site. I hope everyone is making money. This recent uptrend has been non stop for 900 points on the INDU. There have been some outstanding setups during the course of this uptrend. Everyone goes through some changes at times but when it's true love you always end up coming back to home base.
But regardless of my feelings for this site and you I am still looking to the short side on VIP and am holding a short position in it from 96.
I'm also looking for AKH to hit the skids soon. It has had a very nice prolonged track up and needs to correct and consolidate some of those gains.

This turned out to be a very decent play from when first mentioned here and at the link below. Up almost 7 points from my entry in the 44 range. Check out my charts, setups, and trades at the link below. Definitely worth a look. This is a 7 point gain to date.
