Well good luck with it Luca. It's a rough market without any specific trend showing itself. I hate to trade without beilng able to see a definite trend. But TASR does seem to be holding it's range in this market. I have a 7% stop which is my usual. I'm looking to hold on to this trade longer term.

I think it is a good time to take a look at both TASR and GCA. I'm in both. GCA from $4.25 and TASR from $5.55.

so you're out working a 9 to 5 and earning some bucks. you have to crawl before you can walk. big move leaving the security and safety of the nest and flying off on your own and it takes money. that degree from Harvard ought to open a few doors. I'm sure you'll be ok.

Nice selection of stocks. I usually don't buy the higher priced ones but there are three on your list that I would look at right now as possible trades. I like them all for growth and retirement plays. AZN, UVV, and WY. I see plenty of room for upward moves with those three. And if and when building and construction sectors strengthen then WY will be a big player in that move. Nice looking port overall. I would imagine you are up pretty good with this list.
Are you finished with college now and working somewhere.

WY is in there 'cuz like RYN I think trees and the land they are on is at this time a good investment.

KMB T ABT AZN JNJ RDS-A (to use Yahoo's symbol format) UVV RPM WY

This leaves out all banks which all seem to fall when Europe shivers.

That's a 45% gain to date. Here are two more that I have been tracking but have not bought yet. But I think come Monday a.m. I will get my feet wet with both of them. GCA and TASR. I'll post a chart on both later on tonight or tomorrow. Here's another sure bet. NJR is up over $47 again and getting close to where it will split again 2-1 or 3-2 usually. Buy on the split and put it away somewhere dark and wait another couple of years and do it all over again. Ask Billyjoe how good this one is. Strictly a looooong term hold for the retirement acct.

here are the two charts on GCA and TASR.

Own both of these stocks since yesterday afternoon. In GCA at $4.25 and TASR at $5.55. Patience paid off and got them a bit cheaper than when I first mentioned them. These are two good ones and worth taking a look at them at these levels.

Right on, that's what I was inferring. I've been watching it, and I have an alert set up for anything under $40 in case I miss it.

I wouldn't be a buyer right now at this price. They will be announcing a split of either 2-1 or 3-2 now that it is at this level. Happens like this everytime. I would wait for the split and you will get it around $25-26 for sure. I will be loading up myself again on the split. Glad to see that you took an interest in the stock.
