i'm putting up the daily, weekly, and monthly charts on ALLI to illustrate why i made the trade today. any questions please feel free to ask. i'll be happy to explain my reasoning further for those that aren't that familiar with what i am trying to show. and for those of you who would like to place a chart up here similar to these there is a very inexpensive, $39.95, program called Snagit that does amazing captures in a number of different ways that you can buy and use for many different applications and is simple to use. this is a great stock technically speaking and with very strong fundamentals that is worth a look.

You exited at a very good price, you know profit is profit. I almost sold the stock today but was too busy at work, by the time I got back it dropped to $4.88. I like how the stock closes today and after looking at the chart now, I'm actually happy that I didn't sell.

Full STO is below 20 and it's starting to cross up which is good, RSI also starting to curl up. If tomorrow is green it should signal a reversal to bullish, MACD should approach 0 if tomorrow is green. However, if stock doesn't close green tomorrow I will definately sell.

you're right profit it profit. i still like the stock but this morning i just didnt feel like it was holding up so i took the gains. one thing about these plays is that you can always re-enter. you're in a nice spot and it did hold up at the end of the day. good luck with it. take a look at ALLI wooish.

This stock had tried a few times in the past to break above 6.23 but failed. The only concern I'm having with this stock is that the volume is not that great and full sto is approaching 80. If you look at the RSI from the past breakout attempt, it was at about the same level as the RSI today. If ALLI closes green tomorrow I think it might breakout by Friday I wish you all the luck.

i thought todays action and the daily, weekly, and monthly charts were convincing enough for consideration of an entry. the point being with this technical analysis stuff is that when you see a chart that stands out and you know that chart pattern is bullish and that a very high percentage of times that pattern is going to follow a specific course and lead to a move up to higher prices or a move down to lower prices then you either believe in what you see or you dont and you either make the play or you dont. at some point you have to make a decision. of course having a discipline that you live by and specific strategies that you hold to is key and if you are wrong with the play that is what stops are for and they are just as key an ingredient as all the other parts to the strategy.

here are a few stocks that i am watching for next week. i'll post some charts over the weekend.
CBOU, FEED, HRBN, MED, SNDA. everyone one of them is strong fundamentally and off recents highs. this correction has provided great entry points for long plays on these. right now i am in cash in the trading acct.

i posted on these 4 stocks plus ALLI over the past 3-4 days. i know HBRN is one of ernies latest picks and except for the entry point i fully agreed with him on the pick. i had one of my best days this year to date, and i have alot of decent days, with FEED, HBRN ( thanks ernie), MED, SNDA, and ALLI over the course of the last couple of days. these were all great picks substantiated by solid technical analysis and charts to back that up. and each one of them has provided substantial gains over the last few days. i can only hope that someone out there is reading and maybe taking advantage of some of these plays.

i dont find these all myself wooish so i cannot take credit for all of them. I came to CBOU and SNDA on my own. HRBN is ernie's. ZAGG i did not play and was not mine. ALLI came from another person who mentioned it on another chat. MED and FEED were my own. what i am saying is that aside from my own scans and research i read every post and look at every single stock that i see mentioned on this forum or some others that i frequent regardless of who posted or brought them to my attention. the difference between myself, and i see that in you, is that when i look at them and they look good i have no hesitation in making the trade regardless of where or who the stocks came from. i could care less where they came from. i am only interested in making money and spreading the chance for others to do that. regardless of your level of experience this forum does provide experienced and relative newbies a great opportunity to learn and educate themselves in areas where they are not experienced and a great chance to make money even if they are inexperienced. we all owe ernie a debt of gratitude for that alone not to mention the winners and gains that he provides for nothing. cant beat that with a stick.
