Hey Jiesen, do you have to buy these shares via calling your broker on the phone? When I had Scottrade, .pk stocks were 'unavailable' thru the streamer.
Nope, I just enter the trade in through the streamer, or the "trading" menu just like every other order. I have noticed that some of the less liquid stocks on the pink sheets are not available, but GFCI is available. I did have to call them once since an order that I had didn't execute when I thought it should have (GFCI traded .01 below my bid that day), but they explained to me that due to the fact that it's trading on the pinks, the MMs don't have to play by the same rules as NASDAQ, so I wasn't necessarily due the shares I thought I was. I'm glad Scottrade was able to explain this to me, and I'm not sure IB can provide the same level of support, so maybe they stay away from the many stocks that might bring on such headaches as myself. Anyway, as it turns out, I'm glad the order didn't fill that day, since I ended up getting it cheaper later at 0.41 as a result.

Guys, it was just a day-trade! I have shorted GOOG many times too, but beleive it is the biggest bull train out there. I think MM's long call on HANS was a good one. And yes, sometimes Cyber will have short shares one day and none the next. Sometimes Cyber will have short shares one minute and then 5 minutes later they will have none.

If I was so bearish on HANS, I would not have turned around and went long after I went short.

        IT WAS JUST A TRADE!

That's what I meant...the daytraders, or whatever you want to call them, are playing a completely different game than the longer term investors such as myself. I'm not saying any method is better than any other method as it is obviously a matter of personal choice. I would say that daytrading seems to be a lot more work.

It only takes me a little more than an hour to pick a $$$MM$$$ stock. It takes me a little longer to do my writeup for you slobs. It seems most daytraders are watching the screen all day. So there is some sweat equity involved. Of course, if you love it, then it is time well spent.

Having said all that, I sometimes wonder why there aren't any (that I know of anyways) mutual funds or hedge funds built around daytrading as the principle means of asset appreciation. Seems to me that if there was a stud daytrader out there who could constantly annihalate market returns, people would be creaming to give him their money to play with.

A little off topic, but worth a few comments.

By the way, ON TOPIC, HANS is more than halfway to my target. I am HUGE!

I have changed direction on short plays intraday as you did, which in my opinion was a good play on your part. Being nimble enough to do that is also commendable. The question wasn't whether you're bearish or bullish on the stock but whether or not the short play really took place. You can appreciate anyone having doubts when the info in front of them disputes what you stated. Like certain honor systems we all share a common trust here and violating that only hurts the perputrator. No big deal one way or another. You can't blame people for examining and questioning anyone's posts regarding their actions. It's all part of what comes with the postings and when you give it some thought it makes sense to do so.

What Skiracer says is important. I hope everyone in this forum can see that I always make full disclosure on my picks. My record is indisputable. There are thousands of witnesses. How come the people over at IBD still don't believe me?

It must be that they're just idiots. Why do you care what they think, anyway? You are HUGE!

Also, I agree with that full disclosure is part of what makes you so HUGE. It's why I try to do the same thing and disclose all of my trades here as well, so one day I might be HUGE like you.

Oh, yeah, and HANS is HUGE! We're gonna see 103 next week, imo.

Ok I was out tonight and had to stop by the local Hy-Vee(Iowa supermarket chain) and Monster was well stocked. More importantly I had to stop at a Casey's(Iowa convenence store) it was stocked with four rows.

The reason I think this is more important is this. This is store chain does not have alot of shelf space and they decided to stock Monster. Also if one store has it all of them will likely have it. They have a couple hundred stores in the rural Iowa. So if they are getting Monster stocked here, it was for some good reason.$$$$$

I have share of HANS and look forward to unloading in a week or two. That target is looking close.

I also bought a small position in SEB a week ago and have gotten a good beating. When you were doing research were you able to find any future projections on it? I have not had any luck.

Thanks for site and posting your picks, it is a great site.

HANS had SEB beat "HANS down" so to speak on many of my simple metrics, so I did not do much thorough research on SEB. Perhaps you can start an SEB thread and see what everyone else throws out there on it.

There are a handful that I know of out there that do make very nice money day-trading and do get paid 400 to 600 a month to make calls and have the penguins follow them.

I do very well daytrading, but don't have the dedication of holding up other day-traders at any cost. Plus I like to come and go as I please and one cannot do that if I offered a service that soley depends me.

As far as trading positions go... I do futures, day-trading, swing trading, long-term and so on. My main reason for daytrading is I like the challenge of going against millions of other traders.

There is an outfit called Morpheus Trading Group run by a guy named Deron Wagner and his partner Peter Rezniak. Deron leans much more to the short term swing trade and Peter is strictly day trade. You can subscribe to their service and follow their picks on stocks and ETF's. They also run a hedge fund which does very well.
Believe me when I tell you they do very well and beat all the markets consistently with their day and swing trades. I've mentioned their site and service several times here because you can get a free months trial to both the ETF and stocks if you want and get an education in T/A and I would be willing to bet that you would much more than pay for both the services from their picks.

I asked them about that the other day and their reply was that they not only drink the drink but they like to eat the cans afterwards just to get their total moneys worth as the drink is quite expensive.
