How about those small caps....Russell 2k breakout today to all time highs....Transports look like they should follow suit breaking out of this triangle pattern today. I still like the semis here...nice to see how they are leaving the old guard...INTC/TXN...and moving to the smaller/mid cap issues in the group.

The Dow/SP look like they are still in short term downtrends here with possible bearish flags forming on the 60 minute charts...but I think this next push down starts to setup some bullish divergence on the oscillators providing us a nice long side opportunity. Either way am already positioned in some of the better bases in the best sectors.

The exchanges are all busting out to new highs today....CME, ICE, ISE.....GFIG should follow suit...in at 52.01...target 55 this week

SIRF poised for another spike up in my opinion.....been trading this one for a few weeks....am now just going to hold thru earnings on Feb 1. Did you see TRMB earnings last night? Sheesh....that bodes very well for the GPS industry in my opinion.....looking for the same performance out of SIRF that TRMB is giving this morning

Surf's up today on this one.....piggybacking on the big TRMB move.....halfway to my target of 34.....hope to liquidate for about 4.5 points in front of earnings on Feb 1
