River Here is one for you!
River ya seem to have a good sense of humor , and since I realize you are not a recent graduate of Ms Pringley's School for proper young ladies you will appreciate this LOL!
Pharmacology:
All drugs have two names, a trade name and generic name.
Example, the trade name is Tylenol and its generic name is
Acetaminophen. Aleve is also called Naproxen.
Amoxil
Is also call Amoxicillin and Advil is also called
Ibuprofen.
The FDA has been
Looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful
Consideration by a team of government experts, it recently
Announced that it has settled on the generic name of
Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin,
Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course,
Ibepokin.
Pfizer
Corp. Announced today that Viagra will soon be available in
Liquid form, and will be marketed by Pepsi Cola as a power
Beverage suitable for use as a mixer. It will now be possible
For a man to literally pour himself a stiff one. Obviously we
Can no longer call this a soft drink, and it gives new meaning
To the names of 'cocktails', 'highballs' and just a good
Old-fashioned 'stiff drink'. Pepsi will market the new
Concoction by the name of: MOUNT &
DO.
Thought for the day:
There is more money being spent on breast implants and Viagra
Today than on Alzheimer's research. This means that by 2040,
There should be a large elderly population with perky boobs
And huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to
Do with them.

This e-mail should probably be taken seriously because the Crying Baby Theory was mentioned on America 's Most Wanted when they profiled the serial killer in Louisiana. ...
Snopes also marks the Crying Baby Theory as a plain urban legend, which got attached for the sake of veracity, or something. No, it wasn’t mentioned. Nowhere. Except in posts like these.

What this means it that it has been copied, copied, and copied again. And guess what, it got better in the telling. Well, as a story perhaps, but not as advice. Snopes to the rescue. Besides criticizing some tips, Snopes also has some other tips.

IT is unfortunate that we do have some "scum of the earth" walking around , and one must be aware of his surroundings when out and about!

Can You Believe this?
This article appeared in the "Weird But True Column" in the 2/11/10 NY POST .
Gezzzzzzz did this lady ever play the lottery?........Oh Lord what luck!
Weird but tragically true.
A Hong Kong woman was killed as she walked down the street when she was struck by an elderly woman who fell from a window as she took in her laundry.
The 74-year-old woman, who plunged 27 stories, was also killed. Oddly, the woman on the ground was recently widowed when a falling crane killed her husband as he walked down a street.

A Beautiful Poem!
Slow Dance
by
David L. Weatherford
Have you ever watched kids on a merry-go-round
Or listened to the rain slapping on the ground?
Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight
Or gazed at the sun into the fading night?
You better slow down
Don't dance so fast
Time is short
The music won't last
Do you run through each day on the fly
When you ask "How are you?" do you hear the reply?
When the day is done, do you lie in your bed
With the next hundred chores running through your head?
You'd better slow down
Don't dance so fast
Time is short
The music won't last
Ever told your child,
We'll do it tomorrow
And in your haste, not see his sorrow?
Ever lost touch,
Let a good friendship die
'Cause you never had time to call and say "Hi"?
You'd better slow down
Don't dance so fast
Time is short
The music won't last
When you run so fast to get somewhere
You miss half the fun of getting there.
When you worry and hurry through your day,
It is like an unopened gift....
Thrown away...
Life is not a race.
Do take it slower
Hear the music
Before the song is over.
