I'm looking at ACAS, American Capital. Currently in the low $3"s and historically showing a dividend of $3 or better per share for the last few years. Is there something wrong with this picture? They did post a large loss last year but still have a good balance sheet and cash flow. Looking forward to your take on this one.

Guys Vector Vest www.vectorvest.com has a "HOLD" rating on ACAS . The Chart below seems to show there is some buying going on ..but the chart is kind of flat. I will be watching this one ,it does look like some money could be made.

I'm looking at the chart for ACAS for the last ten years on msn finance and there are consistent dividends several times per year of .75 - 1.00 per share. Don't know why VectorVest would say they don't pay dividends. Everything else that I can find on the company says they do pay.

Take a look at AGO. Insiders put $9 million of their own money into the stock on Thursday and there was a report today that the float was $123 million short. My spidey sense is tingling.

5. CEUA LONG Chinese education , yes another OTCBB stock Net income grew 69% to $3.2 Million in first quarter 2009 , UP from $1.9 Million first quarter in 2008! Has a strong balance sheet ....check it out !
