Thanks IIC!
Your post brings back memories of when I used to get on AOL on my old 386-SX PC. This was somewhere around 1992 or so and AOL was in the start up stages. I knew, at that time that AOL was going to be big and would loved to have bought some stock, but I was dirt poor at the time.
I had the foresight but not the cash...
Now that I have the cash, I am looking for present day opportunities like that. One that I believe is a good new technology is Satellite Radio, and the best part is...I actually have money to invest! I'm holding a position in Sirius as I think they have the better service. The fundamentals are not good, but I don't care. I'm looking at the future potential and I believe it's going to be big.
This gives me an idea...Do you think Mr Market would let me start a thread called "Future Technologies"? This would be a great forum for everyone to post their ideas about what the next big trend might be.

I can't speak for MM...but as far as I know he would not mind a bit...My thread does not compliment his philosophy much...and I have not heard any negative remarks...As far as I know, Ernie admits that there is more than one way to skin a cat!!!...He seems pretty tolerant of different viewpoints to me...IIC"Trade What Is Happening...Not What You Think Is Gonna Happen"
