      Alert! Another goal met. Swimming total 2013 is 304,617 yards or 173.078 miles beating 2012 by 10 miles.

        Another new record for 2013, raspberries grown. Black--27.68 quarts, Red--30.40 quarts, Red Everbearing--32.77 quarts total 90.85 quarts and I ate almost all of them contributing to record low cholesterol since my records have been kept (176) except for when I had thyroiditis and it dropped to 137 and I felt terrible.
