River better to be content and thankful for what you have that seems to be the moral of the story. My life is very stress free, and I like to keep it that way.

Duniyo The ONLY thing which appears to stop falling hair is...........the bathroom floor. All kidding aside , The company my daughter works for sells a shampoo made by Redken called Extreme Shampoo whch is sold as a fortifier for distressed hair...I use the product and it appears to provide some support for your hair.
Another product is called Cloud 9 by Brocato described as a "Miracle Repair Shampoo' both have very pleasant scents and IMHO are better than conventional shampoos.

Duniyo Whilre reading "Prevention Magazine" the Jan 2014 issue there was an ad for "Hair Volume" apparently sold by Newnordicusa , a 1 a day pill that helps nourish your hair. It is available at Amazon , GNC, Walgreens, and CVS. Here is the link to the product .......try it out and let us know what happened. http://www.newnordicusa.com/hair-volume/

You have come to the right place. Many more here in the same

doesn’t care, things are not too bad.

A physician was asked what is best for your health? Here is how she responded, " Nearly every day, a patient or two asks me which supplements I consider most important. The answer really depends on the individual's overall health and lifestyle, things such as diet, exercise, medications, sleep habits, and similar considerations. But as a rule, I most often recommend the following:
    • A good comprehensive multivitamin
    • An omega-3 supplement with a high DHA level
    • Vitamin D3, and
    • Curcumin"

I did take Circumin , but decided to look for the BEST Circumin out there ........and that may be "Super Circumin 1000 w Bioperine 1,000 mg - 100 Caplets $37.75 sold by AMAZON . Once again check with your physician before taking any supplement!

Phoenix, I have a sleep disorder and have taken many different drugs including Ambien. None of them made me sleep. Luckily I discontinued all of them. This might explain some unusual posting times on my part. Getting up at 4:30 A.M. seems to be working better last few days. Can only fall asleep when driving , reading, trying to listen to seminars, watching TV, but not in bed.

    AMBIEN WARNING!!

This Sleep Aid Raises Heart Attack Risk 50%
Posted by: Christian Goodman ( "An article I secured From The Web!)

A recent report presented by Taiwanese researchers at the American Heart Association’s annual meeting reveals a truly disturbing fact about a common sleeping aid.
It boosts the chances of cardiovascular disease, heart attack and stroke. And if that wasn’t enough, an unrelated, earlier study linked it to an uptick in cancer-related deaths.
The study conducted at the China Medical University in Taiwan, shows that a commonly used sleeping drug called Ambien (generic name Zoldipen ) is directly linked to massive increases in heart-related problems.
In fact researchers discovered that 60 pills taken per year spikes the risk of myocardial infarction ( heart attack) a whopping 50 percent.
Another study, presented at the same American Heart Association event in Dallas revealed that the Ambien also raises the risk of aortic dissection. A life-threatening condition where the aorta tears, causing internal bleeding.
Other studies conducted in a past revealed that Ambien stays in the system much longer than was generally thought.
If you suffer insomnia there is no need to put yourself at such great risk to get a good night’s sleep.

Folks your eyes are extremely important and I highly recommend having them examined by a competent opthalmologist at least twice per year, especially when older. My dad had contracted macular degeneration in his later years and was practically blind when he died. Folks I do take supplements which may help the eyes to remain healthy.

You only need THREE nutrients to ensure sharper vision…
There are only three nutrients with an overwhelming amount of scientific evidence they will improve your vision and protect your eyes for years to come:
    The ideal amount
    Lutein..................................20 mg
    Astaxanthin...........................4 mg
    Zeaxanthin............................4 mg

Some compounds have all 3 nutrients within them .......I take each separately and buy them from Costco and Puritans Pride!
