River, I go to Industry Viewer at VV every Friday after market close. Industry groupings are rated by RT each week. Sometimes there are a lot of ETF's in there but I just go with stocks. Then within each industry group individual stocks are sorted by a combo of value , safety, and timing. I eliminate those with negative earnings growth and usually those that are priced higher than their value. Some really stand out if you chart them.
