Another pretty dull week in terms of the standings, although, not surprisingly, Jiesen’s TSLA took over the top spot. A big reason for the mostly in-the-red standings is the NASDAQ, which still seems to be in a bit of a rut. Oh well, we have a long way to go and a lot can happen in that time.

There isn’t much new to say about the standings this week. Things remained pretty much the same with Jiesen’s TSLA short still in first place by a comfortable margin. Louetta’ s SAN continues to hold down second while the rest of us ... well ... let’s just say we’re in line for participation trophies. Still a very long way to go, though, so who knows what is going to happen.

Well, other then a nice little move up by Louetta’s SAN, there isn’t much to report this week. While Jiesen’s astute short TSLA and SAN are the in green, the rest of us remain mired in a sea of red, and it doesn’t look like that will change any time soon. The market has been creeping up, but it just hasn’t helped most of us. We still have a long way to go, though, so let’s just see what happens.

I’ll enter you as of market open on May 3, 2021 (today) pending approval by John Henry since it’s his contest.

It’s a pretty smart move. I wish I’d done the same. Now, I’m so far underwater, I doubt I’ll be in the green by the time the contest ends. I’d gladly take the 20% penalty.
