Channel long yesterday with no intraday pattern to confirm. Expanding channel long today, still no pattern to confirm. It's down near solid daily vol by price, but I don't like the action in May - very bearish that big down week, and with the absence of anything to offset that in the chart, it's very hard not to call bearish on it.

The last chart I think I posted was a bullish triangle break on the daily back in April, and that failed breakout led to the dump in May. The recent bullishness was back up to that critical point in the chart, which was heavy resistance, and in five days it loses everything it took 3 1/2 months to build. Shame that.

Do you have it long now?

Thanks NB. I exited today for even based on the channel turn down. Looks like it wants lower doesn't it.

AA: yep, weak and falling on the weekly from very solid vol by price. 20 seems a certain.

Yes I still hold this stock, my initial purchase was 13 and some change will hold longer term based on the fundamentals, with a break in the 50day I am not too bullish on it in the short term.

I think Nestle trades on the German or European stock markets. Anyway here is the chart. Kind of hard to make it out.

Sun evening trading shows a significant crack of neckline support.

The start of a large correction here?

I think so. I see price testing $57.00 or even $50.00 within 4 weeks.

When a nation loses 29% of its refining capacity, that means a lower demand for oil. No wonder the drop . . . . Oil stocks got pummelled on Friday.

Usually--not always--when a stock breaks the neck, it will bounce to retest teh neckline. You'd better be out of the way if that retest fails, because it will be all downhill after that.

If it falls to $50, you are going to see the US dollar strengthen dramatically against the Canadian dollar. Time to bring the $$ across the border before the exchange rate falls.
