Here it is...almost March and I'm still in cash. I don't see anything going on to get me excited enough to put my money in the market. My only real prospect is BTFG, and that's only because I know that a buyout is likely sometime this year.
The facts are that the War is still on and oil prices are high, not to mention interest rates are starting to go up. Call me a pessimist, but I'm staying on the cautious side for now.
There is a bright side though. I still have my profits from last year.

Here's a few I'm still watching. BBW, DHB, SIRI, EP, BTFG, TOPT

      Webs,
Please take a look at Plum and Ipxl's daily and weekly charts. You might want to chech out some recent news on Plum at this site: http://moneycentral.msn.com/detail/stock_quote?S. At the bottom under news and analysis check out the two top news items from today. Plum is setting up rather nicely and has been holding it's own rather well in these markets. Ipxl is my next early bird special. Check out the weekly moreso than the daily.

        Thanks Skiracer,
        Great picks!
I like what I see on PLUM and IPXL. Both have over 60% institutional ownership. I'll be looking for a good entry point on PLUM.

        • Webs, if you're still interested in DHB, looks like it is selling off again.

I bought DHB at 12.79. I'm going for a short term gain. I get a lunch break and what do I do? I spend a few Thousand on stocks...LOL

PS My wife says that I would rather buy stocks than eat lunch with her...I still love her though...Hahaha!!!

Awesome technical intraday entry Webs. If I were going to take it long today, it would have been that triangle break.

The daily ain't looking so hot to me though.

                Good luck with it!

                      • I wonder if it's filling that gap? (11.59-11.86)

Ya, looks like the gap got some serious support. After a 9% plunge, DHB has come back to offer an escape for Webs. The question is, did he stop out, is he holding, is he even interested in an escape. I'm sure the emotional vulcan will report to us soon.

                          • I had nibbled on DHB when it bounced off of the 200 DMA for the first time - very strongly. Sold at the end of yesterday, when it broke under. Webs said before that he may wait until it filled that gap. I should have listened to him then

Oh well...You can't win em all. If DHB drops back to 12.15 tomorrow, I will sell. I am encouraged that it bounced back from a low of $11.55.
Overall, it's looking like this plan will not work out. Maybe next time...

I had to get back to work and did not get to set a stop, so I'm still in DHB. Call it a fools luck that it bounced back from $11.55.
