I covered my X short @ $47.88 or about a 10% hit....

I think SHOO's still a good short.... We'll see.

I really haven't been watching PACT very closely but here is a chart and a capture of MSN Money's ownership numbers. Sorry but at this time I don't see anything there that interests me. The ownership numbers could be a little older but the volume as shown on the chart and the fact that it has been on a big slide down for a while now doesn't make me want to run out and buy it.
I don't know what it will do in front of earnings or what the earnings report will look like when they do report but when a stock is under accumulation the chart usually shows more upside than this one does right now. The daily chart does look a little better but to me it is to much of a gamble at this point to own it through earnings. To me it appears to be struggling to much to gain any upside. The daily does look better that the weekly with what looks to be a small double bottom forming but still under the long trend line down even with a little more volume coming into it on the daily chart. I know you own it and at this point are above your 5.93 entry. Make sure you protect what you have at this point. There is no need to gamble with so many issues to trade but making the edge in your favor is the key if you are going to take a risk. One thing you do have going in your favor here is that there is some upside to the 7.50 level but it still looks to be more of a gamble to me. Good luck.

My mother's brother, who is my uncle Paul and was a stalwart on my mother's side of the family, was put to rest today in St. Mary's cemetary in Trenton, NJ. You would never meet a kinder more generous guy. My mom's side of our family are all Sicillian and their funerals like their weddings are emotionally draining. Just wanted to take the time to thank everyone for their condolences at this loss. We were great buddies and he loved the track and the Atlantic City casinos and was a regular at both. He was the personification of a classy guy right down to the end. I never seen him complain about anything and I never seen him back out of his word and if he told you he would do something for you, you could take it to the bank. I came out of a purely ethnic Italian neighborhood in Trenton and when I say that everyone knew my family and especially my mothers father and three brothers it would be an understatement. They couldn't fit everyone in the church and they were standing outside in the cold to pay their respects. I can only wish that when my time comes there will be a turnout similar to what everyone that knew him in one way or another gave him today.
Anyway thanks for your thoughts and I will be able to post the sheet tonight without any difficulty. So if you were in action today in your port make sure you post it. Thanks again.

Could you tell me what your original entry on the X short was please. I have it at 68 but you posted that you covered today at 47.88 for a 10% hit. Those numbers don't compute to a loss. Could you take another look at your cover price for me and let me know what the correct numbers are please.
