Good list. In '07 I'm going to try more trading where I'll go for 2 quick points or 3 points and out no matter what. This year lots of trades stalled at that point and I just hung on.

I here ya Billyjoe. Nothing wrong with that. In fact sounds like you have a plan. Now consistancy over time with your system will yield huge results based on getting only a few points in each stock. I guess it all boils down to your preference...

Billyjoe, one other thing.. Nothing wrong with taking half off the table at your profit target and then trailing the rest... Just in case you land a huge winner!!

Ski, what is your take on KOMG?

FWIW, I'm short this one with the 40 level acting as the pivot...ie if it breaks back above I'll cover. To be honest, when I look at the chart now I'm not sure why I was so excited about the short to begin with (other than the failure at $40). I try to keep a few shorts on hand but its not easy finding profitable ones in this market environment.

I wouldn't be short with this stock right now and I'm not crazy about it to the long side either. But I do think it may be getting ready to make a move to the upside from this point. I guess I like it better long than short.
