I've heard him on the Dan Patrick show twice over the past couple of years. I think he calls them mother-in-law picks or something. He nailed them each time. He picked the Saints this last SB also....anyway yeah I guess he's a better or they're just for fun.

billy, sorry i havent had a chance to look at or post a chart on SMOD yet. been real busy with several personal and legal matters. will try to do it tonight. didnt want you to think i forgot it.

thank you wooish. my mother is in a nursing home in the later stages of alheimzers disease. it's really a one way street from that point and i guess a matter of time before the disease wins out. you have to live it to realize how fast the disease progresses. but she is 89 and has lived a long and fruitful life so we cant complain but regardless we dont want to lose her. her condition has been worsening over the past few months which we all knew was the reality from the beginning, but it still is a hard one to cope with and it takes its toll on everyone in our family.
on another front a developer who is a friend and i have made a ton of money off of owes me a very very significant amount of money and it has come to the point of litigation which because he is a friend makes the situation even stickier otherwise it would be alot easier on how i would deal with it. but because he has his own monetary problems which are alot more severe than anything with which i am dealing with i have been much more compassionate and sensitive with him rather than my normal self. but he is not blood and in the end does not mean anything to me and i want what is owed to me and intend to collect it. except for the fact that the country and economy, especially the real estate and construction sectors, where i make my living are in the crapper, i hate this administration and our legislatures in washington in general, see no new job development happening, and see no light at the end of the tunnel in the near future, everything is ok and that last post was just so that my good friend billy doesnt think that i am dissing him for no good reason. but thanks for your concern and well wishes. i really do appreciate it. family, good friends and good health are the only really important things in life and i have been more than blessed in all those areas so i have nothing to complain about.

billy, SMOD looks like a pretty decent chart. i think right now alot depends on how the markets are going to trend. they certainly could use a bit of a correction to take off some of these recent gains. the monthly is a bit of a different picture and shows a cup base where the right side hasnt yet reached the top of the left side of the cup. it's still showing some room for movement up to the top of the left side around $10.94 range which is 2 points higher. have you already made an entry?

im still holding 5000 shares from $1.00. no stop on the trade as im in for the ride. i saw that yesterday at the end of the day where it went to .91. im wondering if they are grabbing all the shares they can.

the house went on the market today. for sale by owner. in the process of liquidating several other properties and businesses we own. we're going to be moving on to the next stage in our lives. im actually excited like it was the first day of deer season when i was a kid. we're taking our money, brains, and initiative and will be moving on. hasta lavista amigos.
