    ski,
you're absolutely right, I should not make the trade yet.
I was most liekly going to wait anyway.
About patience, I need more of it,
Im continually getting into stocks too early.
URZ is jsut one I've been watching get cheaper and cheaper,
and since their a junior uranium company with a permitting target of 2008 I have an optimistic outlook for profitability. They are going to come on line before many other companies start producing, so there maybe some gains to be had in the next year or two.

So, according to C&H technical definitions, BLUD is going to $35? That sure sounds tempting. Is there some kind of news in the pipeline, maybe some new product or partnership? I like the TA bullish possibilities.

Nope, no handle is present for this particular chart. There are cups without handles out there.

I bet I could really get beaten of the path if I conducted a search of all blogs and forums on a trade. Everyone has a different point. I just finds set-ups and trade them on what I think. I could care less about C/W/H's. This stock met my criteria and so it's a go or no/go when trigger line is met.

Anyone hear heard of "Hot Dog Johhny's" along the Delaware River on Rt. 46. Getting ready to leave the house right now for up there.

You're talking about the Jersey side, but I have a little experience of the Gap on the PA side. When I drove between Boston and Memphis, I used to take that U.S. highway between Matamoras (a very pleasant-looking little town) and Stroudsburg as a short cut between I-84 and I-80. (I was angling down to get to I-81 south without having to go through Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, which is a relatively dangerous uphill/downhill stretch of road, especially in winter, and was at that time chronically under construction. But in those years, all of PA's interstates were chronically in bad shape.) I had felt pleased to have found this alternate route on the map, but then when I arrived of course lots of big-rig truckers were doing the same thing -- and this is a curvy two-lane. I went through there once at night, and it was one of the scariest drives I can remember. The truckers would scream through there like there was no tomorrow.

The last time I took that exit, which was several years ago, I noticed signs that prohibited big rigs from taking that "short cut," which is all for the better for public safety.

I know that stretch between Scranton and Wilkes-Barre. We used to have a hunting cabin on a lake called Lake Naomi. It was near a town called Tobyhanna and just off that road. I think it was Rt. 615 or something like that off I-80. We went into Scranton a few times and that road was really dangerous. There were signs all over advising truckers to go down in 1st and 2nd gears. We were always there in the winter and there was always snow on the ground all winter. It also was the coldest place. There was an artesian well coming out of a pipe in the side of the mountain right down the road from the cabin and it was the only source of water. It would get so cold that that water coming out of the pipe would freeze solid. Been skiing all over the place and never saw that happen anywhere else.
My wife and I usually take Rt. 29, Rt. 627, and Rt. 5l9 up along the Jersey side to Rt. 46 on the Jersey side cross the gap and take Rt. 611 back down to Washington's Crossing on the PA side. Always a beautiful ride and especially when the leaves are turning and a great daytrip for young or old lovers.

                        Guys,
I was hoping that when I thought about trying this posting of our portfolios by the forum members it would give everyone an idea of what each of us is doing and that we would be able to question each other about why we made certain trades and what we saw there that convinced us that this is where we should put our money. Everyone that has placed their positions out in the open for everyone else to view has exposed themselves to everyone knowing what they have been doing and where they made their entry. It wouldn't take much to take a look at any chart of their positions to decipher if they are up or down. Being down in a position is one thing and everyone knowing it and being able to ask questions about it or to dissect and beat it up is another. That wasn't my intention to start. I was hoping that we would be able to ask each other about the positions and gain some insight into why they were bought in the first place. And through positive dialogue to understand and offer POSITIVE thoughts and not drive anything home relentlessly and without some sensitivity towards the other forum member.
It's hard not to judge or to push your thoughts, even though not meant maliciously, on another forum member when what you think is right might not coincide with their reasoning to be in the stock.
I'm asking everyone to exercise some degree of sensitivity to anyone who has posted their portfolios on this thread and to think about how they approach their criticism or their advice to their positions. It's takes a little more thought and compassion but everyone will be better off from the extra thought and consideration. I don't think it will work out otherwise. But if we can do this in a considerate fashion we'll all gain as a result of taking that extra moment to consider how we go about what we are trying to say. Thanks.

                          Doug & Runner,
Thanks guys. Best thing that ever happened to me. Gave me purpose and direction for all this energy. 29 years today and running. I still don't understand how she does it.

I made the changes to Runner's portfolio to correct the mistakes I made earlier and added DMK112's port to the sheet. Everything should be right now. This weekend was our wedding anniversary weekend so I've been limited time wise to look all of this over. I'm not surprised by the total number of people that put this personal info up in front of everyone but I think that it takes a certain amount of self-assuredness and confidence in one's self to do it.
One of the things that I was really curious about was to see how many of us owned the same stocks and where the different entry points would be. I was thinking that there would be more matches of the same stocks only because of the fact that we are all linked at the hip with this forum and being that we all see what each other posts etc. Not many matches of owning the same stocks. There were a few but I thought for sure the number would be higher on the matches. Here's the sheet: I'm hoping that coupled with all the other posts on stocks that we all find of interest these lists of our ports present more room for great dialogue.

                              Ski,
You can make any comments about my picks good or bad. Maybe someone will see a news item I missed about one of them. I've been known to be surprised by splits and dividends that caught me completely unaware so don't assume I know everything about these picks, although I try to.

                                Billyjoe,
I feel the same way towards constructive criticism and offering any opinions. I just don't feel that it is necessary to go to any extremes to try and prove a point. For it to work and remain positive it needs to remain civil on everyone's part. After all what are we barbarians?
