    BJ,
What do you think is a realistic target over the short term (7/10 days or so) or what are you looking for in this position?

    • Ski, I think you're asking about SIRI. I think the 8's is doable within a week, based on Spike's assessment of the chart. If it can clear the 52 wk high, I plan to let it run.

      • Using a 60min. Chart I come up with wave target of 7.77 for first degree and 8.52 for second degree. Target was based off low on 15 July @ 6.51.

Looks like I may have to set a limit order for some SIRI tomorrow. I've done nothing but make $$$ off of this wonderful stock.

I plan to let it run also but realistically my target is 8 on the high end. If it goes to 8 I most likely would bring up a close stop and see how it runs out from there. I see it trending up but don't really see it going off the board. They're reporting earnings 8/02 and some of it depends on that.
The charts look good right now and I do agree with Spike that the ingredients are there.

            • Haven't had time to post here of late... but my stocks are acting well this morning:

HANS bounces back up off the trend line at 88 or so.
              SIRI holding its triangle trend
              STV in high ground
              VPHM breaking over triangle

I bought some more HANS at 89.95 coming back off its low. Tad late, but wanted to make sure it was bouncing. Before being on this board, I probably would have just panicked and sold. Plenty of appreciation for the folks here!

In the case of SIRI, yes, but I'm in VPHM since 6.89.

                        • Been a busy day...

Out of SIRI (again) at 6.82. Broke lower triangle edge, and didn't want any part of that. Total loss between the two trades 4%, so I'll move on.

Out of STV at average 14.2. Made 48%; very happy with that one.

Trimmed VPHM at 13.16. 25% of original left. Average sell price 10.40, for 51%. I'll ride the remainder through earnings.

HANS fell back into its triangle pattern. Maybe it'll drift lower so Spike can get back in.

Awesome B.J - congrats and high fives. Yep, keep those losses small and disciplined, and take the good ones when mature. Great discipline.
