    KBH is awesome

I think that the homebuilders will stay on a high-growth and very profitable path for a while. KBH is super cheap in terms of valuation and I see it hitting MM's target very soon.

    Go KBH!!!

          I'm in at $82

          MM--
KBH: I'm in with you at $82.00. I'm hoping it will rocket to your target.

I sold ENG today at $6.35. I bought it with TOL in your last data dump. ENG took a hit down to $5 at the time, so the dip helped me a lot.

          Thanks Mr. Market!

Good luck with it! And kudos for having discipline in your plan! Pretty good place to be taking it long down near the 81.30 gap support, and near the entry signaled by PSAR and money flow the other day. While the hourly PSAR is bearish, which would have you on hold for a fresh entry, while it's above the previous one, anyone long there should be holding with break even stop, or tight stop now in my opinion, so you're good to take it long here I think. If it takes off for you, you'll have the gap suppor to thank for it.

                New-Born, Spike, B Critical,
Was finally stopped out on GOOG today at 291 for a 33% gain so I've got fresh $$ to put into KBH or could I do better? How can I doubt the huge one? Am going in Monday.

I'd wait to see what ends up in the Augie Doggie data dump. I can't imagine KBH being left out, but we'll see.

If KBH isn't in the final 5, you can then compare the final 5 against KBH and make your next winning decision.
                  Happy investing,
                  Dave

My opinion is worth no more than the price you paid for me to give it.

                      BillyJoe,
Man that snow in Northern Ohio! It has been over 100 degrees here in Wisconsin!

Congrats, and many more congrats to you on GooG. I think she needs to come down to $275, if anyone has the guts to short it.

No advice on the pick just yet. I am going to peruse the MM top 5, and will probably buy one or more of his picks. ENG did me good. I bought the pullback. I think that is sound advice. But I bought the pullback on KBH today at $82.00, and right now am sitting underwater, so who knows?

Best to you, BillyJoe. Great to have you back. God bless you.

KBH is getting hammered today. Apparently TOL's numbers disappointed at the open.

What are you smoking, NBB? KBH is down less than 2% today. And TOL has no numbers, and no news at all out today. Earnings aren't until tomorrow!

Correction- sales and revenues will be released tomorrow, but not earnings.

I don't smoke. I had a glass of water for breakfast
I had heard that TOL was to release the numbers today. Apparently, I am wrong. That explains the decline. Rats jumping overboard before tomorrow's numbers. Those numbers had better be good or KBH will be down another $1 or $2, don't you think?

Yeah, the numbers better be good, considering how strong the housing market's been the past few months. (and years!) Not that the stock of each homebuilder is directly linked to the earnings of every other homebuilder.

The most logical explanation for KBH dropping 2% in a day is either the down market or someone selling their stock for whatever reason. But I wouldn't try to get into a daily speculation of why the stock does what it does, just relax and wait for it to hit the 15% target and move on. That's the best way to avoid stressing yourself out. Maybe as a more "technical" trader it's hard for you to let go like that, though, so I understand your frustration...
