Hey--NOTHING is easy in the markets.
If it was easy, I'd be sitting on billions dollars and hanging out on my 900' yacht.

Nice buy point, Spike! That's one of the reasons you are an excellent trader and I am not. That has to change on my end! Enough is enough!

I was gone all day today, so I didn't get to watch the blood shed. Looks like my read of the chart was right: sell and short down to $75-. But who knows what will happen in this game?

Now it looks like a good time to double up on KBH. I won't be around Monday, and then it'll be too late to double up.

        Thanks.

Your read was absolutely correct on the short side. I'm a knucklehead. I didn't even see that glaring SHS and neckline break. I was too busy thinking c entry yesterday's price or close to it. I didn't actually think it would search this far today. It is a good area to be doubling up on it. Have a great weekend despite this week!

Thank you. I will I am completely at peace. I showed my wife the steamer--everything red--down $$$$$ this week. Like Ski says--its only money. The Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away. Blessed be the name of the Lord. And like MM says, "you haven't lost until you sell." Hopefully, she'll come back and there won't be any losses. I'd much rather give the money to missions than to the market.

You have a great weekend, too. And let me say that it is great to have the Spike posting again. It really is.

Spike is HUGE. [SIZE=4][COLOR=Lime] We are very fortunate to have both NBB and Spike take the time to prepare these wonderful charts for us to study. I feel like I'm back in high school cuz they make me feel really dumb.

A weekly technical look for those of you that are long KBH. The biggest "cons" would be the "wide range bar" down on heavy volume, last rally was on light volume. The pro's would be the home builders have sold off and bounced back before.

Key areas to bounce are the 2 green X's, the first one would keep KBH still in bull mode the lower green x would probably be to far of a stretch for KBH to get back over its highs.

Nice chart MTM. I assume the first X referres to maintaining the higher lows.

The first X is a key support area to keep the positive momentum for KBH. A weekly close below that would be highly concerning as far as KBH being able to make new highs in the Mid-term future.

Interesting chart. Is that eSignal Advanced Get subscription service? Could you explain some about how you set it up. I'm assuming those arcs are Fibonacci lines extended out or the first set of numbers doubled. I'm going to an eSignal seminar tomorrow for their Advanced Get service just to see how it works by the guy who wrote the program.

They are fibonnaci circles which incorporate time and price into the equation.

But the chart is from eSignal. How do you set up the arcs if you don't mind explaining?

Here is another issue with homebuilders, the index is up against a major resistance line kind of like the S&P.

In your advanced toolbar just click on it here. If you need instructions it has a help button.

Tried to post a snapshot, but MM has a PHP error on the board here when trying to upload attachments.
