If I wrote a stock newsletter it would say " I strongly advise you to consider buying shares of VLO at this bargain price". But, since I don't I won't. Here's something worth reading.

I regret regret letting go of ICO when it dipped a month or so ago with the rest of the market. Didn't take any profit. When it hit 10, I thought I missed the boat. I was wrong.

This coal company was one of billyjoe's 3X picks. I doubled down when it hit his target. Since then it has been subject of TO in each of the last four months. Today's news from TheStreet is that they are showing their mines to prospective buyers. That's why the pps spike.
