Folks take out a few seconds to look at this chart of MNKD. http://scharts.co/14xQqpP TAKE NOTICE that in early Nov 2012 how the PPO lines and ADX lines appear to almost touch and then go away in opposite directions . This my friends is a scary good indicator of a Stock's Future success. Note how MNKD took off and never looked back!
Now let us examine a current pick of mine ...HNSN Look at its chart
Carefully notice how around May 20 2013 how the PPO and ADX almost touch and then begin to separate ....Could HNSN be like MNKD? ...begin to rise and never look back. Who knows, but we shall see! Other good indicators on the chart are the rising RSI on top of the chart, and the blue rectangular bars on the PPO graph are currently slightly negative at -4.99 , but WHEN they swing up into positive territory , that should surely mark the beginning of a powerful rise!

Folks according to a concept on the web called , "Post Earnings Drift" Stocks with "GOOD" quarterly earnings reports tend to see the stock rise higher for at least 60 days after the quarterly earnings announcement. Well check this out ALSK on 8/2/13 posted 2nd quarter earnings that shockingly beat analysts estimates by over a HUGE 1,000 %, and Earnings came in over 50 times better that results from the same quarter last year! FOR THE GOLD BUGS! Folks the gold bugs have taken a HUGE beat down .....but signs appear to be indicating a turnaround "MAY" be at hand?
Let me call your attention to THM from 2008 - 2011 THM ran from $1 to $10 then the beat down began. THM is not a gold miner , but they own a property with more than 16 MILLION ounces of gold on it ....If the company built a mine to retrieve the gold , it would cost $1500 per ounce .......so since gold is less than that that gold in the ground is too expensive to mine. THM According to a Yahoo Poster RUMOR has it " Kinross to Buy out or partner with THM to reduce the dirty gold cost and increase the extraction to profit margin,,, right now at 1400-1500 to make money, but if they reduce process cost which they have too, then the PPS value of the company could be serious as in Barrick Level or more. They are sitting on the largest Gold reserve discovered in the last two decades including all of Africa and Brazil. That is serious dollars if they pull it off"

Folks my DARK HORSE entry is LXRX whcih is for GAMBLERS ONLY .....those free spirits who are ready to put the petal to the metal and let it rip! LXRX is a super risky BuoPharma that breeds mice that lack certain genes. These mice are then used by drug companies to test their new products. Earnings last quarter were down about 20% , LXRX has never posted an annual profit , BUT management says guidance will improve going forward, and earnings targets are set to increase 83% according to management. base in excess of $510 million the past twelve months and a current market
capitalization at approximately $1.3 billion. The company in late July reported
somewhat disappointing earnings which caused the stock to take an approximate 5%
hit. Major shareholder Relational Investors seems to clearly think this is a
strong buying opportunity scooping up 324,436 shares on August 1 at $6.60,
equating to a sizeable $2.1 million worth of stock. Looking closer at the
company, we see it has a great, debt-free balance sheet with well over $100
million in net cash or roughly 10% of the company's market capitalization. While
the company continues to lose a substantial amount of money on a net income
basis, the company this past year still generated $40 million in free cash flow
which is encouraging. As mobile phone usage continues to ex
pand worldwide, PMC Sierra's "Winpath" processors should be a
beneficiary as consensus analyst estimates are expecting 10% per annum growth
over the next five years to reflect that. I think with this massive insider
purchase, debt-free balance sheet, and potentially strong demand for its mobile

As an old Irish friend of mine would say ........TOP of the morning to you all! Well stock futures are down slightly as I write , SO caution is the word of the day!
The Bio Pharma referred to in the previous post is none other than an OTCBB stock TPCSE. I am not fond of OTCBB stocks , but TPCSE appears to have a credible story.
Mevion Medical Systems makes an FDA recently approved S250 patented Proton Therapy System to treat cancer. The machines cost a cool 30MILLION each, but it is 70% LESS from the next cheapest proton system. Mevion contracted with Rancor to the tune of $115 million to work with Mevion by supplying them with critical parts for the S250. Rancor is OWNED by Tech Precision or TPSCE to build the parts.
