River, I e-mailed my son asking if he wanted me to sell his VRNG for a gain of $11. He sent me this article http://seekingalpha.com/article/9993...-for-the-trees I guess running royalties is not a bad thing to have. He's holding.

LOL. Stevekimlaw is one of the good guys. I'm still holding too. I just submitted a question there but got an auto-response that said the SA editors have to approve first. Don't see it yet. Has to do with Judge ruling on Validity of Lang patents on basis of obviousness.

AMRN, waiting for successful launch of lipid drug Q1 and good financials Q2, NCE status determination by FDA, BUYOUT still imminent.

VRNG, the judge's final rulings on damages before Christmas or 1/4/13 at latest.

I read this one yesterday and almost fell over. What a turn-around! As far as delays go, according to YB posts those with access to Pacer filings say it could be anytime, but the consensus now seems to be by March 1st because of the intervening holidays lately and requests by both parties and JJ's decision to push back the deadlines a little. I have a lot of patience -- all good things, etc.

From YB yesterday
"Filing 846 say:
Under Local Rule 7 and Fed. R. Civ. P. 6, Oppositions to the Post-Judgment Motions are due on or before January 3, 2013, and Reply Briefs in Support of the Post-Judgment Motions are due on or before January 10, 2013.
2. Because of the interceding holidays, the parties have agreed to extend the date to
file oppositions to Post-Judgment Motions through and including January 25, 2013, and the dateto file Reply Briefs in Support of the Post-Judgment Motions through and including February 15,2013.

Also in a previous filing JJ told them once all motions are timely filed and responded to he will have a ruling out within 14 days. So this could play out to March 1, 2013."
