I have 22 consecutive profitable trades of 15% or better. How is this possible? Every day there are hundreds of stocks setting new highs, no matter what happens in the overall market. Many of these stocks are still at very reasonable valuations. Afraid of buying stocks at their highs? Think of it this way: a new high is really a future floor for companies with solid financial underpinnings. Quantitative momentum modeling makes it easy to identify stocks that can continue this upward momentum trend. Why does this happen? It's really very simple..ask me about what investors and cows have in common. I am $$$ MR. MARKET $$$. I AM HUGE!!! Bring me your finest meats and cheeses. You can join in on the fun. It ain't over till it's over. Juries are unpredictable. They might award more if they love VRNG case and think GOOG is a thief. There's always hope for a big settlement anyway. It's speculated judge trying to force a settlement. What were VRNG's lawyers thinking????!!!! They didn't earn their $$$ yesterday!!!
River, Let's assume VRNG wins at least 60 mil. This victory would mean they are heavy favorites in their other lawsuits. You'd have to think most or all of the other suees will settle without a trial. Hence, a steady stream of income via many lump sums over a period of years 2012-2016 . We may have to hold this guy for a couple years. Maybe when the $$ starts flowing the stock will pass $6 or they'll get bought out and we'll all be happy. Problem solved...........in my mind.

I'm not in this long term. I'm looking for a quick-lived big pop and rapid drop. But I totally agree with what you've said here. I will buy again for long term. There are good COMMENTS in link here. Especially someone who reports on VRNG's closing arguments near bottom of comments. Today's the day to be really alert for news. BTW, it's been great to have someone like you to share all this with. Thank you!
Just in case, I have sell limit in for half at 6.88 and half at 8.02. If it looks like higher, I will modify as quick as I can. At least, that's the current plan...to be reconsidered at end of day in case of after hours announcement, or continuing into Monday. If I were on the jury, I would prefer it's done today if possible. Fingers crossed for us billyjoe. (If this works out, maybe we could all try Vegas next. Just kidding. Yikes!)
OMG!!! Modernist, the ultimate naysayer on $VRNG is now saying "I hate to say it, but Vringo is now a buy." http://seekingalpha.com/article/9736...ringo-is-a-buy Now sticking my neck out further with full complement of 10k shares av. 3.35.
