Hi toxo. Q is down today because of a shareholder secondary priced at 52. It is a Zacks #1 rank (strong buy). There was a buy alert on 3/4 for "between 53.50 and 54.50". I missed it and didn't want to chase it. IMHO this might be a great buying opportunity. Chart pretty red in high volume. But, at the same time I wonder "how low will it go?" Your guy might have some ideas on that. Good company. I'd like to get in too. Watching closely and waiting.

Well well well! I copied the guy at Zacks my "beating the.." post on The Sky is Falling. He was initially annoyed that it was "public", but then thought it was hilarious. After I took several more 1000's out of TNA yesterday, and lots more flying emails later, I have just been officially inducted into his Top 10 customer-traders list!!! LOL! Ha! again. Sorry for all the bragging folks, but if Ernie can do it, I need a little fun too.

• The federal appeals court handling Vringo's (VRNG -10.8%) suit against Google has ruled against Vringo, arguing the patent claims it asserts "disclose no new technology, but instead simply recite the use of a generic computer to implement a well-known and widely-practiced technique for organizing information." • The appeals court cites a recent Supreme Court ruling that upheld the patentability of software concepts, but barred companies from patenting a mere abstract idea on a computer.
• Vringo has been halted. Shares plunged shortly before the halt.

WOW. What a Put play that would have made yesterday! Condolences are indeed in order.

This was my last VRNG trade and when I got out: 04/07/2014 12:35:05 Sold 1000 VRNG @ 3.7601

Plenty of times I hold too long and get greedy.
While I feel for those who took a beating I am admittedly a happy man seeing that I sold timely.
