    The ONE Day Diet Plan!

Folks here is a one day diet plan......obviously the author is pushing a particular protein powder, which I do not use, nor will I recommend since I have no knowledge of the product!

    The ONE Day Diet
(Entire Diet Laid Out In This Article)

    By Coach Josh Bezoni
Hey, it's Coach Josh and today I'm going to reveal a VERY simple, ONE Day Diet you can follow daily to get a flat belly fast.
But first, let's be honest… dieting, well… sucks. (I bet you don't hear many nutritionists admit that.)
It's not surprising that almost no one on the entire planet gets excited about dieting. (Yippee I get to EAT LESS and stress myself out MORE with a confusing and time consuming program!)
But what if I told you that there is a very simple (dare I say easy), way to get an attractive flat belly that removes all of the guess work and also allows for daily "treats" that you can't wait to enjoy?
You'd probably say I'd lost my marbles, right? Well, maybe that's true... but let's jump right into the secrets of my new ONE DAY DIET plan.
Secret #1: Harness the power of intermittent fasting. This is where you send your fat-burning hormones into overdrive by eating your meals during a specific window of time during the day. (I won't bore you with all the science details now, but just know it's a cool trick to remove that pesky flab.)
Secret #2: Enjoy two, super-quick, 60-second flab-burning "milkshake" meals during the day.
Secret #3: Eat a balanced dinner in the early evening.
So here's my typical One Day Diet plan:
MEAL ONE: Skip breakfast (what?!) and then eat your first meal at 12 noon. Your first 60-second meal will consist of a fat-burning, all-natural, high-protein BioTrust "milkshake." I change up the flavor almost daily, but here's what I enjoyed today:
    Pumpkin Pie Milkshake
    Ingredients:
2 scoops of all-natural BioTrust Low Carb Vanilla Protein
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    ½ cup pumpkin puree
    1 tsp cinnamon
    ½ tsp nutmeg
    stevia (to taste)
    5 ice cubes
Notes: Put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
MEAL TWO: Three hours later at around 3PM have your second 60-second fat-burning, all-natural, high-protein "milkshake" meal. Here's the recipe I used today:
    Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake (delicious!)
    Ingredients:
2 Scoops of all-natural BioTrust Low Carb Vanilla Protein
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    1/2 Cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
    1/2 TSP Cinnamon
    Stevia (to taste)
    5 Ice Cubes
Notes: Put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
MEAL THREE: Three hours later (post workout) at around 6 pm have a healthy dinner which consists of:
A portion of a lean protein source (like chicken, grass-fed beef, wild salmon, or turkey) equal to the size of your palm and the thickness of a deck of playing cards
A half cup of a nutrient-packed complex carbs like half a sweet potato, quinoa, barley or beans
A cup or two (eat all you want really) of fibrous veggies like asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, peas or a dinner salad. (Use a bit of olive oil and seasonings to flavor.)
I also drink at least 8 large glasses of water per day (important)… and I enjoy a cup of green tea or organic coffee most mornings. Then, one day a week, I take a day "off " the One Day Diet plan and eat regular meals all day (typically Saturday for me). I follow the One Day Diet for 30-days and then take a full week off and repeat.

Losing weight like investing is very easy is you know the Secret.

And just about everyone knows the Secret. If you don’t know it, here it is.

For Investing it’s “keep you losses small and let your winners run”.

For losing weight it’s “eat less calories and exercise more”.

The problem is most don’t have the discipline to follow those simple rules.
It is hard to find the Truth when you start your search with a preconceived notion of what the Truth will be.

True , true . Sometimes I go into Sears & Rubbish , and I take note of all the exercise equipment on the floor. Unfortunately people are hot for the machines when they first get them, but they soon realize some effort is involved., and sooner or later most say WTF pass me the pie ala-mode and the treadmill soon becomes an expensive coat rack.

Instead why not try Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide .....the standard 3% solution usually found in the BROWN bottle at any super market or drug store!

I would hesitate to apply baking soda and/or peroxide (or lemon juice). The whitening effect seems to be because they strip off (colored) enamel, leaving your teeth whiter, but more vulnerable to cavities and, yes, coloring. Check this out very very carefully before you even think of trying it. The best advice hanging around seems to be: brush your teeth well and keep sugars and heavily coloured foodstuffs away.

But don't take my word for it. It looked rather destructive to me and I quickly found confirmation for that, but it was just googled together in a minute or 5.

              Regards,

I myself use the Baking Soda and Hydrogen peroxide .....but ONLY about once a week. I do use Life Extension toothpaste and other brands during the week. Some individuals are totally opposed to fluoride in toothpaste , but I believe this Dentist gives an unbiased short presentation on fluoride. Unfortunately some silly movie ad preceeds his presentation ....but the brief 3.5 minute video is very informative.

Josh Bezoni, a health guru on the web, says that , "Grass fed natural beef contains high amounts of a fat called CLA, which studies show, actually helps your body burn more fat. Yes, it’s strange but true, eating this odd fat will help you burn more fat.

And for you vegetarians out there, our #1 belly-burner is cruciferous vegetables like:

                  Broccoli
                  Cauliflower
                  Kale
                  Brussels Sprouts

Because they naturally fight environmental estrogens that make us fat."

which is why I grow and eat kale regularly. just picked and ate some fresh this morning, delicious! Great for juicing or salads... and eating fresh green veggies every day will help you feel great, too, billyjoe.

                      recipe for my favorite salad:
50/50 mix of kale and yuchoy (chopped down to about a 1" size)
(add other greens as desired, but keep it at least 40% kale)
                      chopped carrots
sliced tomato (1 small or half of a big one)
                      chopped bell pepper (1)
balsamic vinaigrette dressing, or other low-cal choice
sprinkle with copious amount of chia seed
add a chopped habanero if you like it hot.

An alternative, is to buy Bolt House Beverages's "Green Goodness" , a fantastic all natural drink that is sold from the supermarket refrigerator case. Outstanding Product!

Thanks guys. I'm feeling better today thanks to massive amounts of red and black raspberry pie often with cool whip. So far 56 quarts with none sold to the public !

Phoenix, I disagree with the article on statins. My cousin is an MD and says around 40% of his patients have side effects. I've been on 2 different statins one being Lipitor, and here's what happened. I call statins opportunistic drugs as they mask their bad reactions to mimic previous ailments. With statin #1 I had a constant shoulder pain that mysteriously went away after I was switched to Lipitor. I'd had shoulder problems before so I thought little about the statin causing the problem.Upon starting Lipitor I had a slight pain in my right ankle I attributed to the smashing of aluminum cans for recycling.I stopped using my foot to smash cans. The pain got worse for over 6 months to the point of making it very difficult to walk without constant pain. I was switched to Zetia, a non statin cholesterol reducer. My ankle pain disappeared within 24 hours. I've talked to several others over age 50 with similar stories. There seems to be no explanation for where the pain will occur only that it doesn't go away until statin usage is stopped. The 2 to 2.5% side effect number given by the drug companies is crap. Just ask friends and see if you get any similar stories.
