Spike now my question is where do we go from here on the Nas? I have not learned how to figure how one could measure the 5th wave.

100 shares would cost over $22,000! That's out of my league...for now.Originally posted by New-born babySpike,
Nice bull work! I like that cowboy mastering the bull!
And nice work with CME. Too rich for my blood at current levels, a 50% retrace looks much better.

HAHA, the most simplest wave formation ever, so easy pres bush could have charted it himself. One point though spike. When your charting I never see your A.B.C correction or as I call them, fade waves, do you use em???Originally posted by spikefaderYes. This is in fact the count that the expert EWs have

SVSE === Just wondering if one of you fine gentlemen would show a chart of SVSE and add the 1 thru 5 & the ABC lines so we can take a closer look at this. This one has a lot of ups & downs here lately. Thanks in advance ===> M.E.A.GO BIG RED!!!!!

Research has shown that waiting for a 50% retrace on Mr.Market's picks is a very profitable practice! But the question is: do you have the patience of a Vulcan?
What is your method for determining a 50% retrace?

Greetings Spike,I thought Id give a shout as far as retraces of older picks.
So far FLIR was classic,as it went to 50.73 in mid oct.,now approaching 60.
Right now HDWR is coming off a retrace from the high down to 27.62,creeping above 28 now.Could this be a candidate?
Ill keep checking ,UCI also looks promising.
cordially Tom

I haven't learned how EWers target the 5th, but I'm assuming it's either a measured move or a fib number percentage extension. I prefer to target in other ways - upper channels are my favorite. And failing that, what would take me out of a trade prior to target would be a signal of weakness such as channel turn down or break, or other significant price support failure.Originally posted by RunnerSpike now my question is where do we go from here on the Nas? by 'this type of chart analysis', are you meaning EW? or the combination with channels?Originally posted by lakSpike: where is the best place to continue study of this type of chart analysis? I have been reading this thread daily and am learning more and more. Would love to continue, thanks for the help!
For EW I've posted this
as a good site to see some people actually trading it.
And if you mean channels, then I don't know. I've not seen any other sites with either instruction or traders posting entries using the channel methods I use. If anyone spots one, let me know.
