Spike,

Here's a look at the past six months for BMHC. Note the six week cup with handle now forming. The target on such a beast would be $114+ (by my count). What do you think? I have no Elliott wave skills; your recent post said "its on its fifth wave up now." IBD would say that it will then fail its breakout, and as your post mentioned, time to move on to big and better things. Am I reading you right? Forget the cup, it is going to break?
I put everything I had into ACI and BMHC. ACI has been very good to me; and so has BMHC. Today I traded down with BMHC--thanks to your warning--with profit four times. I was closely watching that 1 minute chart. But I still have covered calls out there. So I thought I would just ask once more:what do you think BMHC is going to do next?
Thank you so much!

I'm thinking BMHC has exhausted that impulse up now. Upper weekly channel tag. That's the profit-taking signal. There's that 1 min SHS from yesterday and a gap n crud move. I can see 5 smaller waves within the 5th, so I'm expecting the bigger abc correction now. That gap up on high volume could be a huge bull trap that turns out to be an exhaustive volume move, some meandering for several days and perhaps a gap down to put in an island reversal top. It is very risky long now in my opinion and I'd feel comfortable if I'd sold calls or shorted that SHS pattern yesterday and would have stop to even now.Originally posted by New-born babySpike,

I just looked at the KBH count and there is an alternate count on the monthly chart that suggests it's already done a 5th completion. That's the weaker of the two, and should lead on the way down.
I think it's time to step aside from them and watch for the correction to the gaps now.
Good luck.

Thank you Spike
Thanks for the posts, Spike. My heart, intuition, something . . . tells me she's going up again. But then again, my mind tells me that the Katrina mess is going to severely impact both the economy and the market. In other words, I don't think she is going to stay up there. Gas is at an all-time high (even adjusted for inflation). I remember the Jimmy Carter mess from the late '70's. It wasn't very nice. I am expecting a downturn in our economy similar to the 911 hit, only worse much worse.
Back to BMHC, I cannot get a positive sense for the open, but I can read the intraday chart. DUH! Now if I knew what the next week might look like, . . . .
That is why all my posts are seeking your mind on it. THANKS! Anytime you want to post your thoughts, I appreciate it.

Bounced off support with volume
Forgot to mention: BMHC bounced off the $87 support line with volume on Friday. Now if she touches that line a second time, she might bounce again. But no way is she going to bounce a third time off that $87 line. I've seen her kind before: she'll fall right through the floor.
The only trouble with BMHC is that she makes me babysit her all the time. Can't walk away from the screen. She bounces around like a hyper-in-the-diaper kid on sugar. On the other hand, it is a great stock to daytrade right now. Pick a pattern and go.

Well, never trust a Yahoo
Seriously, it may have dipped to $5.98 before I noticed Spike's post. It was $6.09 when I put my $6.00 bid in, and it dropped to $6.03 while I watched, but then bounced up without filling my order. In any case, I am empty handed. We'll see how she acts on Tuesday.
Hey, did you get my joke on OFG's chart: the"Power Gap" down? Ain't no such a thing, of course. But I like to play with you all. Seriously, I think OFG has got a chance to run to $15 before the ex-divy date, but I don't think I'd stick around for the divy. Too risky.
