    BillyJoe,

No, it is not. I just looked at www.investcom.com and it is not listed. (Click on "Income Trusts" on the left hand side of the page). There are currently 189 income trusts listed there. They even have a waterheater trust. But no Savanna is listed.

It is, however, a regular company on the TSX. Clink the link above, then clink on "TSX". When the new screen appears, type in SVY and read about this non-dividend paying stock.

          • Greetings,
today was the record date for EENC,I am looking to pick up shares in the low 17s tomorrow or wednesday. You can see that today teh selloff took place within the first hour of trading,I dont know why,but it seems to happen alot. Also watch PGH tomorrow and wednesday,Im looking for a sharp drop on that ,maybe into the mid 18s.
Alot of times the yeild will return to 12%which I think is around 17 on PGH,Ill check and post later.

            cordially Tom,
BTW I exited NGPS,after reading more on the turtletrader sight,I can see that I was on the wrong side of the trend, and trying to pick a bottom is not my specialty. It may go up from here since Im out, thats a good buy indicator.

Thank you Tomrich for the post.

I am glad you got out of NGPS safely. I don't know what to think about it except"

              1. There are alot of safer and better trades out there! This thing is a killer! Look at all the money lost on her already. Lots of smoking hulks between $20-$50.

              2. It can easily drop (IMHO) to $10 or less like ESMC. I have a friend who lost a lot of money on ESMC and LWAY. Both were $28, now about $6.30.

I will be looking at EENC and PGH tomorrow, thanks to you! God bless!

              • 50dma on PGH is 20.11,and a retrace to a 12% yield is 18.50,Id like to get in under 19.50 and hold for 2weeks, for 10% ,back to mid 21s.

EENC may pull back tomorrow,it already was below it 50dma,so I feel a play from todays low is possible, then back to 19.

Thats the plan,Ill post my entries, lets hope my internet service or laptop doesnt hiccup the next 2 days.

                cordially Tom

Okay ... so I'm in on AY-UN, with its 16% dividend. Scottrade commission was $27, so I start down about 5% (round-trip commissions).

Oh well, looking at the bigger picture, I just don't have enough $$$ to warrant switching from Scottrade, since most of my trades are only $7.

(I also bought FRO, but that's a horse of a different color.)

                  Regards all.
                  Happy investing,
                  Dave

My opinion is worth no more than the price you paid for me to give it.

                    Congrats!

                    DFXXXX,

Just let AY set there and make you money. I know Scottrade commisions in Canada are confiscatory, but I try to buy 2000 shares at once to try to offset the costs. Interactive charges .02 CD per share, and by buying 2000 it kind of equals out.

FRO is a good buy, IMO. Set back and enjoy the dividends.

                      Tomrich,

I'm sorry you got out of NGPS just before seeing it take off like that. The more I dig into this company the better I like it. The only thing negative I've found so far, and this could explain much of the selling lately, is the heavy load of options dealt to the management of this company. But looking beyond that, the business is solid, and growing, and the options should be a good incentive for those guys to keep it that way. Needless to say, that I'm very happy with my 21.5 purchase, and even happier that I doubled up on this at 20. Yes, it's particularly volatile right now, which is why I'm not putting in a stop on this. It could drop 10% or 20% in a day, but then again it could fly just as fast as it did last month, too. In a year though, there's no doubt in my mind that it'll be at least at $25-30. I'll consider selling it when it's up in that range, but no sooner.

Yes, let it rest and make money for us at same time. I hold it in my wife's roth IRA.

                            Tom,

Just when I was about to give up, EENC dumps today. I picked some up, too, at 18.15. Let's hope she moves back up to 19.00 before the next divy.

Thank you! God bless Tomrich & family.

                              • Greetings ,
I jumped in at a sign of weakness,EENC is the only CAN that is close to its 50dma,so hopefully theres room for a jump.

PGH is on a tear, from last months dip to low 19s,its now near 23,Im still waiting for a dump on that one.

Some of the talk around is that substantial distribution increases are on the way.Last years levels were based upon oil hedged at around 30,now they have been hedged near 50,could be seeing yields rising to mid teens again.

                                cordially Tom
